Unibet Group has tied up its acquisition deal with Stan James Group this week.
The GBP 19 million sale was paid in full in cash on Wednesday.
The deal applies to Stan James’ online operations and will continue to trade under the name using the same gaming platform. Unibet assured players, in a press release, that no action is required on their part.
