Back AMGO iGaming AB Signs €2 Million Purchase Agreement To Acquire Jetbull, the EveryMatrix B2C Brand

According to the board of directors at AMGO iGaming AB, starting from 1st of July 2019 this company will receive full ownership of Jetbull, the biggest brand on the EveryMatrix white label platform.

Set to €2 million ...

... the total acquisition price consists of €1 million paid in cash and €1 million funded in newly-issued AMGO shares. The recently signed purchase agreement is going to generate about 20 new positions in the offices in Denmark, Malta, and Latvia.

In the words of Mads Jørgensen, Board member and Director of AMGO…

“We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with EveryMatrix, and this agreement will take our partnership to the next level. We are very satisfied with this agreement and have set the strategy and performance targets to generate shareholder value.”

On The Way To Even Greater Success

Following the motto “everything is possible,” and striving to get the most out of unlimited creativity, EveryMatrix is focused on delivering modular and API driven solutions for the extremely demanding iGaming market.

Being one of the largest casino content aggregators in the world, its CasinoEngine platform offers over 8,000 games provided by more than 130 software developers, seamlessly incorporated into a single casino lobby and wallet thanks to an impressive number of vendor integrations.

Launched in 2007 …

… and fully licensed in the UK, Malta, and Denmark, Jetbull can brag of consistent growth over the last two years and more than 600,000 registered users of its competitive Casino and Sportsbook.

However, Viorel Stan, CEO of Jetbull, sees this agreement as the step towards even greater success:

“This transition will ease Jetbull goal of becoming a top player in all regulated markets targeted and continue the consistent YoY growth. EveryMatrix will continue as the main technology provider, and we will make sure that Jetbull is supported with the newest innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.”

In his turn, Ebbe Groes, Founder and Group CEO of EveryMatrix, comments on the benefits brought by this deal to both sides:

”Some B2B companies have their own B2C brands competing with their B2B clients. This has always been against our strategy, and with this transaction, we now completely shut down own brands and we can focus exclusively on our role as a software service supplier for casino, sports, payments, and platform.

To sell our own brand Jetbull to AMGO is an important step for us to continue developing the market’s most competitive online gaming platform and no longer focus on being an operator. AMGO has the right setup for operating multi-brands in different jurisdictions, and we are sure that we will see a huge increase in Jetbull’s reputation as a strong brand in regulated markets.”

As a B2B and B2C company that currently fully owns five gaming brands, AMGO has offices and representatives in Denmark, Malta, Israel, Costa Rica and Latvia and serves more than 500,000 customer accounts.

Perhaps, the best way to describe the idea behind the name is simple yet strong AMGO vision, which shortly states, Happy Gamers.“
