At LCB, player safety is our priority and we always strive to alert our community to potential risks. That’s why we pay close attention to any and all reports, including those submitted through our Complaints section, where players share their experiences and grievances with various online casinos. Recently, one such report caught our attention—a player encountered a site with a name similar to the trusted Casino Brango US. At first glance, the casino appeared legitimate, but as the player navigated the platform, several concerning inconsistencies emerged, particularly regarding account registration, customer service, and withdrawals. While we cannot say with certainty what the intentions of this site are, the details provided raise enough concerns that we feel it’s important to warn our readers to proceed with caution.
Players Reporting Unusual Experiences
One of our members came across casinobrangous.com through a referral link from a friend, initially believing it was Casino Brango US. After signing up, they realized the URL was different and contacted the official casinobrango.com support team. According to the response they received, this site was not affiliated with Casino Brango.
Despite this, the player proceeded with the registration process, noting that sign-up was remarkably easy, with no email verification or identity confirmation required. A $30 free play bonus was instantly credited to the account. As they played, they noticed they were winning frequently but could not locate clear terms and conditions related to wagering requirements.
Troubling Withdrawal Practices
When attempting to withdraw winnings, the player encountered several obstacles. Customer service was largely unresponsive, with only one agent, identified as Erica, occasionally replying. When asked about the casino’s withdrawal policies, she offered vague reassurances but refused to provide concrete answers about playthrough requirements or payout terms.
The player then learned that a $50 deposit was required before any winnings could be withdrawn, a condition that was not initially made clear. Wanting to proceed, they decided to hold off on depositing and instead asked another player, who had already gone through the process, about their experience.
This second player had deposited the required $50 and later attempted to withdraw $5,600 in winnings. However, they were then informed that they had to pay a 3% Bitcoin transaction fee, which amounted to $169.80. Believing this was standard, they sent the payment.
After doing so, they were told that the amount received was $0.82 short and that the withdrawal would not be processed unless they made another full deposit of $169.80. Despite providing proof that they had sent the correct amount, they were told their funds were credited to their account instead of being processed as a withdrawal. However, no such credit appeared on their balance.
Attempts to get further clarification were ignored, and customer support responses became even more sporadic. The same agent, Erica, eventually stopped replying altogether. While some aspects of the process initially seemed legitimate, the inconsistent explanations, unclear requirements, and repeated requests for additional payments raised serious concerns for both players.
Proceed With Caution
From what players have shared, casinobrangous.com doesn’t seem to operate like a reputable casino, which is why we urge everyone to be extra cautious. The lack of verification, confusing withdrawal conditions, and unreliable customer support are all red flags that should make players think twice before depositing.
If you're ever unsure about an online casino, always double-check the website URL and make sure it's the legitimate one before signing up. And if you’ve had a similar experience with this site or another, let us know—reporting these issues helps protect the entire player community.

I try to always download a new casinoi from LCB just to be sure. So very sad some casinos will try anything to rip off players. The casino Brango (real one) is among my top 5.

Well, at least they’re not exactly subtle about it—it’s pretty suspicious right from the start. They’re not even trying to hide the fact that they’re out to squeeze money from players!
