Back Automated KYC Procedure at Casinozer Stutters but From the Players, for the Players Withdraws €280.00 in 48 Hours!

Automated isn’t Always Perfect!

If massive gaming platforms are your thing, get ready for a true revelation as one of our most dedicated casino testers paid a visit to a real bulldozer of the online gambling world last week!

This July, our project From the Players, for the Players is back bigger and better, and it is ready to cause further disturbance among rogue operators, but also to reinforce tranquility of the mind where things seem to be in ‘perfect’ order.

One of the latest iGaming platforms our testers have visited to trial the process of signing up, depositing, gameplay, KYC and withdrawing is a full-fledged casino, comprehensive sportsbook and an eSports arena, operated by Altacore N.V. under a Curaçao gaming license.

Not to keep you in the dark for too long, we present you Casinozer Casino, so if you’re eager to learn everything about our tester’s unique experience at this place, join us for another report by Punakontti!

Our tester has made a complete rundown of this site, but as usual, we will start with a short recap first:

  • Tester of the casino: Punakontti
  • Date of registering: SAT, July 9th 2022
  • Deposit: €185.00 via Skrill on SAT, July 9th 2022
  • KYC: Driver’s license and utility bill uploaded on SAT, July 9th passport on 10th 2022
  • Withdrawal: Requested €280.00 on SUN, July 10th confirmed on TUE, July 12th 2022

Although the casino has an automated KYC system that should verifiy documents faster, there were some minor setbacks during the process such as the validity of driver’s license pictures and utility bills. Let’s see what that was all about.

Registration

This test started on Saturday, July 9th 2022 when Punakontti opened an account at Casinozer Casino. The sign up procedure begins by sharing your email, login, and password but players must also accept the terms and conditions before continuing to the next step.

Our player completed the registration form by entering personal details, choosing currency and gender, allowing him to proceed with the next phase, which is in this case depositing and KYC.

Know-Your-Customer and Depositing

Before he could continue toward verifying his newly created account with Casinozer Casino, Punakontti decided to make a deposit on the same day, July 9th and speed things up a bit. He used Skrill as his banking method of choice and transferred exactly €185.00 to the casino balance in a matter of 120 seconds or so.

With the funds visible in his balance, Punakontti was ready to go through some KYC.

Our player continued with the test by verifying his identity. This process requires each new member to agree to the processing of personal data and upload either ID or passport (both sides).

The next step is to either take a selfie or continue on a phone by copying a link to your mobile browser or scanning the QR code. To complete the process, one must also attach proof of residence no older than 3 months, either a bank statement, utility bills, and so on.

The system then checks your data and updates everything automatically if the provided documents comply with the standards. After uploading his driver’s license and a utility bill on Saturday 9th July, Punakontti was asked to try again with his passport, as the provided pictures on his driver’s ID could not do the trick.

Also, one of the documents was declined (utility bill) so he uploaded a new one on Sunday, 10th July and finally received green light. The account was successfully verified on Monday 11th July and the casino confirmed it per email.

To conclude this chapter, Casinozer has the right to determine maximum and minimum deposit amount depending on the payment method chosen by a user.

We would also like to use this opportunity and remind you of our Skrill tutorial if you’re not familiar with using it as a payment method at online casinos. Check it out after reading the report to learn various hacks and tricks that can help you a lot when transferring money to or from your casino account.

Gameplay

With a solid balance in his newly created account, our tester opened the “hunting season” with Wild Flower by Big Time Gaming, a tribute to an English rock band ‘The Cult’ and one of its greatest hit songs. He made one cool win after playing it for a couple of minutes by hitting an 8x multiplier and €34.56 in total.

Punakontti decided to try one more slot from BTG and gave Bonanza a chance as his next big pick. Unfortunately, the game wasn’t in the mood for payouts this time, so our player switched to NetEnt and made a few spins on Dead or Alive. Nothing major happened here either.

Outlaws Inc. by Hacksaw Gaming was also a poor choice, and there were no wins on Wild Robo Factory by Yggdrasil either. On that list were also Eye of Horus from Blueprint Gaming, Temple of Treasure (one minor win), Razor Shark (one mega win), and Jammin’ Jars by Push Gaming.

NAILED IT!

The biggest win, in fact, occurred during Fat Rabbit, where Punakontti kept triggering extra spins during the game’s main attraction – free spins. His total win in this level was €186.16 and making a withdrawal suddenly seemed like the right thing to do.

Withdrawal

Once ready, our player requested 280 EUR via Skrill. This happened on Sunday 10th July.

Nonetheless, our player’s cashout was cancelled the next day and he was told to make a new withdrawal with his other Skrill email address out of some reason. Punakontti repeated the process on Monday 11th July and he received his money on Tuesday, July 12th 2022.

We are not sure why the operator asked our tester to repeat the process, but one thing is certain – the money was in his Skrill account in less than 48 hours and that’s what counts!

At Casinozer Casino, there is a limit of 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests. The maximum cashout limits are €1,500 per day, €2,500 per week, and €10,000 per month.

Also, the minimum withdrawal amount is €50 equivalent in other currency, for bank cards and €50 or equivalent in other currency, for other payment methods.

Conclusion

As you can see, signing up, depositing, verifying, playing, and withdrawing at Casinozer Casino was quite an enjoyable ride for our tester. The automated KYC process should make it easier to verify your identity, but it stutters a bit and it’s not that perfect – Punakontti still had to make slight adjustments and upload more documents to complete the procedure.
