BETER has broadened its eFootball portfolio with a large-scale content rollout tied to the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026, introducing more than 4,200 matches each month to sustain betting engagement across global markets.
The update centers on newly created tournaments and match schedules aligned with key betting periods. By increasing the volume and timing of events, the company aims to help operators maintain continuous user activity, particularly during gaps between major football fixtures.
Expanded Schedule Targets Consistent Betting Activity
The latest addition includes over 140 matches per day structured around US betting hours. These fixtures follow a 2x4 format and run across multiple time slots throughout the day, ensuring near-constant availability.
Matches are scheduled between early morning and late evening windows, covering competitions such as the Premier League, Serie A, Europa League, and LaLiga, alongside dedicated World Cup-themed events. This distribution allows operators to maintain engagement before, during, and after live football matches tied to the 2026 tournament.
The company designed the schedule to address downtime that typically occurs between high-profile fixtures. By placing matches strategically across the day, operators can sustain betting momentum and offer continuous content to users regardless of time zone.
World Cup-Themed Competitions Form Core Of Rollout
A major portion of the expansion comes from three newly introduced eFootball leagues inspired by the World Cup format. These competitions contribute more than 3,600 matches per month and replicate the structure and competitive feel of international football.
The tournaments include World Cup A, World Cup B, and Volta World Cup formats, each running in multiple daily time slots. Combined, they deliver more than 120 matches per day and feature a range of national teams such as the United States, France, Argentina, Spain, and England.
These competitions are designed to reflect the anticipation surrounding the global tournament while giving bettors additional opportunities to engage with familiar teams and formats. The approach aligns the esports offering with real-world football narratives in the lead-up to the event.
Broader Esports Strategy Supports Growth
With the latest expansion already integrated across most partner platforms, BETER now delivers over 40,000 esports matches each month. The company also reports nearly 500,000 annual events through its ESportsBattle tournaments, which span multiple disciplines, including eFootball and other virtual sports.
Each match offers a wide range of betting markets, with up to 50 options available, alongside an average operator margin exceeding standard industry levels.
Adam Conway, General Manager of the Esports Business Unit at BETER, said: “World Cup 2026 is the pinnacle of football excitement, and it presents an incredible opportunity for operators to keep fans and bettors engaged around the clock. Our expanded eFootball offering is designed to capture that energy, with content built to mirror the drama, intensity, and rivalries of the tournament. [...]
“With over 40,000 fast-paced esports matches delivered every month, BETER now offers one of the largest and most dynamic content portfolios in the industry, bringing the thrill of the World Cup straight to every screen.”

While the industry buzzes about BGaming’s April portfolio, many of us in the community are looking at these announcements with a healthy dose of skepticism. We see the flashy themes—from mythology in Gates of Power to the Wild West in Grand Buffalo—and the "high volatility" labels that promise x15,000 multipliers. But as players, we have to ask: where is the actual innovation?
