They shut down domains once exposed and quickly launch similar ones to continue their deceit. This article serves as a warning about yet another of their attempts to scam money from players. After a thorough investigation of betexar.com, we concluded this casino is unsafe and should be avoided. 

https://betexar.com/, registered on November 13, 2025, and investigated on February 3, 2026, is operating without a valid license, using fake game providers, and making misleading claims about its regulatory status. Keep reading to find out why this site is a major red flag!

License Issues: False Claims Everywhere

Betexar.com is operating with misleading and false claims about its licenses, posing big risks for players who think they're dealing with a legitimate, regulated site.

• What the casino claims:
  • Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) License
  • UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) License

• What we found:
  • Betexar does not hold a valid license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
  • Betexar does not hold a UKGC license, as claimed.

License Misuse and Conflicting Ownership Information

On betexar.com, there’s confusion about who exactly owns and operates the casino. The website footer says InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. owns the site, and it gives the registration number 137453 and the address 17 Santa Rosaweg, Willemstad, Curaçao. It also lists Medium Rare Limited as the payment agent, located in Nicosia, Cyprus, with the registration number HE 347341.

“betexar.com is owned and operated by InterStorm N.V., registration number: 137453, registered address: 17 Santa Rosaweg, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is Medium Rare Limited with address 7-9 Riga Feraiou, LIZANTIA COURT, Office 310, Agioi Omologites, 1087 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 347341."

But then, if you go to the Licenses and Security page, it says the casino is operated by InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V., which claims a license number of OGL/2024/106/0170. 

However, official records from the Curaçao Gaming Authority show that this license was revoked on December 8, 2025, at the operator’s request. So, this license is no longer valid.

Then, on the Terms and Conditions page, there’s even more confusion. It says Long Island N.V. is the operator and that they’re applying for a license with the number OGL/2024/1451/0918. 

“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation.

But here’s the thing: that license number doesn’t belong to Long Island N.V. - it actually belongs to Medium Rare N.V.. Plus, according to the official Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) website, this license expired on December 9, 2025, and hasn’t been renewed. So, Long Island N.V. isn’t even properly licensed.

Ownership Issues

Looking at the ownership details, we can see even more problems. The footer claims that InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. owns the casino, but InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. was officially dissolved on November 10, 2025. According to an official notice in the Curaçao Gazette, the company was liquidated and ceased to exist, so it can’t legally operate the casino anymore.

As for Long Island N.V., the website lists it as the owner in the Terms and Conditions, but its registration was discontinued on October 2, 2024. The company was registered in the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry under number 157372, and its activity was listed as handling all sorts of remote gaming activities. However, since the registration is discontinued, Long Island N.V. can no longer operate the casino either.

According to the official Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry website:

• Long Island N.V. is registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry under the registration number 157372, with its registration date on May 17, 2021.
• Their activity was to handle a wide range of remote gaming activities like all types of games, betting, interactive casinos, poker, bingo, and more. These operations were meant for players outside of Curaçao.
• However, the company’s registration was discontinued on October 2, 2024, so it no longer exists as a registered business entity.
• The Statutory Director listed for Long Island N.V. is Va Vanchan. Here’s some personal info on them:
  • Date of Birth: September 27, 1991
  • Place of Birth: Koh Kong, Cambodia
  • Country of Birth: Cambodia
  • Nationality: Cambodian

Fake Games and Manipulated Content

One of the biggest issues we uncovered is that betexar.com uses fake games from well-known providers. The casino claims to feature games from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, and others, but our investigation revealed that these are unauthorized and manipulated versions.
