BetMGM has signed an agreement with Octoplay to secure exclusive rights to Elvis Presley-themed online slot games across the United States and Canada. The deal adds a new branded franchise to its casino portfolio, with the first release already live in multiple markets.
The debut title, Elvis Presley: Viva Las Records, is available in New Jersey, Michigan, and Ontario, with broader rollout planned across all BetMGM Casino jurisdictions. A second Elvis-themed game is scheduled for summer 2026.
Elvis-Themed Slot Launches With Jackpot Feature
The game uses a 5×3 reel layout and includes a Hold & Win bonus feature. It offers five jackpot tiers, with top prizes reaching 2,500x the stake. The design incorporates Elvis Presley imagery, including his silhouette and visual references from different stages of his career.
Octoplay developed the title after securing rights to use Elvis Presley’s intellectual property, including name, image, and likeness. The game marks the first release under the exclusive partnership between the two companies.

The Elvis release supports BetMGM’s broader push into branded casino content. The platform now hosts more than 7,000 titles and operates a progressive jackpot network with over 25 linked games. The launch follows strong jackpot activity across BetMGM in 2025, with $122.1 million paid out to players. Michigan led with $42.6 million, followed by Pennsylvania at $29.7 million, New Jersey at $23.5 million, Ontario at CA$29.5 million, and West Virginia at $5 million.
Notable wins included a $897,928 payout on Bison Fury in Michigan and a $612,764 win on MegaJackpots Cash Eruption. In Ontario, one player won CA$1.6 million on MGM Grand Millions, followed by another CA$417,377 win days later.
