Back Betpoint.cc Exposed for False License Claims and Fake Games

On 13 February 2026, we at LCB.org completed a review of betpoint.cc and reached a clear conclusion. The site carries a high level of risk for players. It presents itself as a licensed and regulated online casino, yet our findings show otherwise. From questionable ownership claims to fabricated game integrations, the warning signs stack up quickly.

The domain, registered on 29 December 2025, operates without a valid gambling license. It also displays licensing details that do not match official regulatory records. Based on everything we reviewed, we’ve marked betpoint.cc as unsafe and advise players to stay away.

Conflicting License Claims and False Regulatory Statements

The website lists the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission as its regulators. Our checks found no valid license under either authority.

The site claims to operate under license number OGL/2024/590/0758 and attributes it to TechSolutions Group N.V

It also references a second license number, OGL/2024/1451/0918, in its Terms and Conditions, naming Long Island N.V. as the operator

These details do not line up.

Official Curaçao records confirm that license OGL/2024/590/0758 is indeed registered to TechSolutions Group N.V.

However, betpoint.cc is not part of that company’s portfolio. TechSolutions Group N.V. operates well-known brands such as 22Bet, 20BET, National Casino, and Bizzo Casino, the latter of which was thoroughly investigated by the From the Players, For the Players team. There is no affiliation between those operations and betpoint.cc.

The Terms and Conditions page adds further confusion. It states:

“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation.”

This claim does not match official records. License number OGL/2024/1451/0918 belongs to Medium Rare N.V., not Long Island N.V., and expired on December 9, 2025.

In addition, Long Island N.V.’s company registration was discontinued as of October 2, 2024, according to Curaçao Chamber of Commerce records.

The footer statement on the website reads:

"Betpoint.cc is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., registration number: 144920, registered address: Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with address Parthenonos 5, PARNERA GARDENS 11, Flat 103, Strovolos, 2020 Nicosia, Cyprus, and Registration number: HE 377018."

These ownership references contradict other parts of the website and create a misleading picture of regulatory oversight.

Fabricated Games And Technical Irregularities

Our technical review uncovered another serious issue. The platform displays titles from popular software providers such as 1Win, Mirror Image Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, and Evoplay.

1Win

Mirror Image Gaming

Pragmatic Play

Hacksaw Gaming

BGaming

Evoplay

However, the games do not connect to official provider servers.

We identified manipulated JavaScript files and mismatched game sources. These indicators point to unauthorized or fake versions of games rather than legitimate integrations. For players, this raises concerns about fairness, payout accuracy, and overall game integrity.

The casino also shows a running feed of recent bets and winnings. The figures include unusually large wagers and frequent high payouts. The pattern appears consistent and repetitive, which suggests simulated or non-genuine activity. Such displays can influence how players perceive potential winnings.

Deposit-Based “Verification” Raises Red Flags

One of the clearest warning signs appears in the account verification process. The site guides users through four steps:

#1 Starting verification

#2 Entering personal details

#3 Waiting for data checking

During the third step, players see this message:

“We check your details for verification. It will take no more than 5 minutes. You can follow the verification status on this page.”

#4 Completing verification

The final step then states:

“A simplified online verification procedure that requires you to make a deposit of $50 or more. Once the deposit is credited to your balance, verification will be completed.”

This approach does not align with standard industry practice. Licensed casinos verify identity through documentation such as government-issued ID and proof of address. They do not require a deposit to finalize verification. Requiring payment as a condition for account approval follows a scam pattern we have documented before.

Affiliate Program And Repeated Scam Pattern

The site also promotes what it calls a Betpoint Affiliate Program, promising guaranteed payments and ongoing earnings. We found no reliable evidence of a functioning affiliate platform tied to a licensed operator. There are no verifiable regulatory disclosures or third-party confirmations supporting those claims.

Taken together, the licensing inconsistencies, fake games, questionable ownership details, and deposit-based verification fit a familiar structure. We’ve seen similar setups before.

Typically, players are encouraged to deposit funds, sometimes after winning from a bonus. Withdrawal requests trigger additional payment demands labeled as “verification deposits.” Funds remain unpaid, and the domain eventually disappears.

After reviewing all available evidence, we classify betpoint.cc as unsafe. The site operates without a valid gambling license, misrepresents regulatory details, and uses unauthorized game content. The risks to players are significant.

We strongly advise players to avoid depositing money on this platform!
