Immediately after finalizing the sign-up procedure, the tester went on to fund his account. He deposited USD 200 using Skrill.

The money was added to his casino balance in less than a minute.

On April 1, 2026, the tester made a request to withdraw USD 228.51 using Skrill.

A bit less than an hour later, an email arrived letting him know that the cashout request was cancelled. As far as the email noted, he was supposed to contact the support department to get an explanation.

After briefly following the steps from a live chatbot, he was transferred to a real agent. The agent noted that the reason for cancellation was a technical issue, advising the tester to make a new request.

Following the instructions, he submitted a new cashout request for the same amount.

Unfortunately, this one had the same destiny as the initial request- cancelled.

He once again reached out to live chat support, explaining the entire situation. The agent forwarded the query to the financial department, letting the tester know that the explanation would arrive via mail.

Nearly a week went by with no response, so the tester contacted live chat support on April 8, 2026. He once again explained the complete situation. The agent’s advice was to make another request and let the agent know once that happens.

He did so, and the agent forwarded his newest request for review. An hour and a half later, he reached out to live chat to inquire about the status of his request, and this time, the agent had good news. The third cashout request was placed in the queue for processing.

A day later, on April 9, 2026, the tester inquired with the live chat department about the feedback, but all he was told was to wait for the department to resolve the issue.

On April 13, 2026, the third withdrawal request was approved. 

The funds were received instantly in the tester’s Skrill wallet.

Supported withdrawal options are more or less the same as those listed for deposit, plus Bank Transfer. No fees are charged.

While the specific timeframe for processing non-crypto withdrawal requests is not outlined in the Terms, the following applies to processing larger amounts of money:

“8.6. Withdrawals of larger amounts may be subject to additional processing time and a security review to ensure gameplay integrity and compliance with our internal procedures. In addition, in order to ensure responsible gaming practices, maintain financial stability, and comply with internal risk management and anti-money laundering procedures, we reserve the right to apply withdrawal limits to player accounts. Keep in mind that the operator reserves the right to limit, cancel, refuse, or restrict any wager at its own discretion. 

Mandatory wagering for a deposit without a bonus is 1x. If a player fails to meet this requirement, a fee of 8% (minimum EUR 4) will be charged. Whenever possible, withdrawal will be returned via the same method as the one the account was funded with.
