Booming Games Expands Greedy for Gold Slot Series

Booming Games has expanded its Irish-themed slot portfolio with the launch of Greedy for Gold: Hold and Win, the second title in its Greedy for Gold series. Released on 18 June 2026, the game combines familiar collection mechanics with a Hold and Win feature, bonus purchase options and a top prize worth up to 2,000 times a player’s stake.

The release builds on the supplier’s existing Greedy for Gold brand and follows Greedy for Gold Power Hit. While the earlier title introduced players to the franchise, the latest game adopts a traditional 5x3 reel layout with 20 fixed paylines and places Hold and Win at the centre of the gameplay experience.

Collection Features Drive Base Game Action

Two separate mechanics shape activity during the base game. The Pot of Gold feature gathers Coin symbols that do not trigger bonuses and can award entry into the Hold and Win round on any spin.

Alongside this, the Lucky Hat feature collects Scatter symbols. Landing three, four or five Scatters awards 10, 15 or 20 Free Spins respectively.

The game maintains its Irish-inspired theme through visual elements linked to gold, lucky hats and bonus symbols. During the Free Spins feature, Jumbo symbols can appear on reels two, three and four, creating additional opportunities for bonus rewards.

Jumbo Scatter symbols add three extra spins, while Jumbo Value symbols trigger the Hold and Win feature. Value symbols within the bonus can award prizes ranging from 1x to 100x the original bet amount.

Hold and Win Offers Major Prize Potential

The Hold and Win feature begins with three respins. Once activated, qualifying symbols remain locked in place while all remaining positions respin. Every new symbol that lands resets the respin counter back to three.

Players who manage to fill every position on the grid receive the Grand Bonus, which carries a payout worth 1,000 times the stake.

Booming Games has also included two optional bonus purchase features. The Mystery Bonus can be activated for 75 times the bet amount, while the Super Bonus costs 100 times the stake.
