Booming Games Launches Hollywoodbets Tournament

Booming Games is running a four-phase tournament with Hollywoodbets customers competing for a share of R1 million in cash prizes or one of three Bucket List Experiences. The campaign runs from September 1 to September 30, 2026, with players earning leaderboard points by betting on selected Booming Games slots.

Participants must be at least 18 and hold an active Hollywoodbets account. A minimum R2 bet on an eligible game is required, while the next available stake qualifies if a R2 option cannot be placed. Self-excluded customers cannot enter.

Win Multipliers Determine Leaderboard Positions

The tournament measures each player's highest win multiplier. A winning spin generates a score by dividing the amount won by the amount wagered. For example, a R40 bet producing a R400 win gives the player a multiplier of 10 and a leaderboard score of 10.

The leaderboard refreshes approximately every five to 10 seconds. Each participant receives a unique tournament ID for tracking.

Each phase awards R175,000 across its top 200 positions. In every phase, first place receives R25,000, second gets R15,000 and third receives R10,000. Places four and five receive R5,000 each, while positions six through 10 receive R2,500.

Four Phases Lead To September Prizes

The first phase runs September 1–7, followed by Phase 2 from September 8–14. Phase 3 covers September 15–21, and Phase 4 runs from September 22–30. The remaining positions receive the stated awards according to their final leaderboard ranking.

Cash prizes will go directly into winners' Hollywoodbets accounts and can be withdrawn after crediting. The operator will credit the funds within seven working days after each phase, following internal auditing and approvals. Winners receive SMS notifications, while recipients of prizes above R5,000 also receive a telephone call.

Three Bucket List Experience winners will be selected through a random draw from valid entries across all four phases. Winners can choose from three experiences and will be contacted on October 5, 2026. A Hollywoodbets Team Support member will conduct the draw under auditor oversight.

Entry permits Hollywoodbets to process competition-related personal information and allows communication from sponsors and partners. Winners may also participate in reasonable publicity, although they can decline promotional participation.

Hollywoodbets can vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and prizes not already won. Game malfunctions or errors may void play and payouts. Participants also accept the company's dispute-resolution terms and applicable liability provisions.
