Back Casinelle Casino Under LCB Scrutiny

A recent investigation conducted by LCB has identified multiple red flags surrounding Casinelle Casino, a gambling website operating under the domain casinelle.com.

Following a detailed review completed on June 1, 2026, we classified the platform as unsafe and assigned it a high-risk rating due to licensing concerns, alleged misuse of company information, questionable verification procedures, and evidence suggesting the use of unauthorized game content.

The website was registered on May 26, 2025. During our review, we examined its licensing claims, corporate information, game integrations, and withdrawal procedures. Based on the findings, we recommend that players avoid depositing funds on the platform.

Licensing Claims Come Under Scrutiny

Casinelle Casino states that it operates under licenses issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. Our investigation did not find evidence supporting either claim.

We found no indication that the casino holds an active license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, nor did we find any record of authorization from the UK Gambling Commission.

The website references license number OGL/2024/836/0401 and identifies Better World N.V. as the license holder.

Official records show that this license was issued to Better World N.V., though its status expired on December 24, 2025, and remained under assessment.

Our review did not uncover any official documentation connecting Casinelle Casino to Better World N.V. as an authorized operating brand. Independent checks also failed to verify that the website functions under any disclosed gambling license.

Another issue emerged from the casino's license verification process. The licensing badge displayed on the site redirects visitors to cert.gcb.tw

The official Curaçao Gaming Authority verification portal operates through cert.cga.cw. According to the regulator's verification procedures, valid certificates must be checked through the official system, which confirms both the license holder and the authorized domain.

The use of a different verification domain raises questions regarding the authenticity of the licensing information presented to visitors.

Ownership Information Cannot Be Verified

The website footer states:

"© Casinelle is a brand name of Better World N.V. Reg No 132488, having its registered address at Groot Kwartierweg 10 Livestrong Building Curaçao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao. Herpestidae Services Limited Reg No. HE 410029, having its registered address at 1, Avlonos, Maria House, Nicosia, 1075 Cyprus, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Better World N.V. which provides management, payment and support services related to the operation of the website. 18+ to play, gamble responsibly."

While Better World N.V. is a registered Curaçao company with registration number 132488, our investigation found no reliable evidence linking the company to Casinelle Casino.

Public corporate records confirm Better World N.V.'s existence and identify eMoore N.V. as its statutory director. However, no verifiable documentation establishes Casinelle as one of its authorized gambling brands.

The domain itself uses hidden ownership details, making independent verification of the operator difficult.

Verification Process Raises Additional Concerns

One of the most concerning findings involved the platform's account verification procedure.

Players begin by entering personal information, including their name, country of residence, and date of birth.

The system then displays the message:

“Your data is being verified. Please wait...”

The final stage presents another message:

“Dear user, in order to withdraw funds to a third-party address, you need to activate your account. To activate the account, make a minimum deposit of 80 USDT. The deposit can be withdrawn even after activation. If you have any questions or need help, please contact support chat or create a ticket.”

We regard this process as highly problematic. Licensed gambling operators typically complete identity checks through documentation such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment verification.

Requesting an additional cryptocurrency deposit as a condition for releasing withdrawals matches a pattern commonly associated with fraudulent gambling schemes.

Alleged Unauthorized Games Identified

Our technical review also found indications that the casino may be offering unauthorized versions of games associated with several major providers.

The list includes Aristocrat, CQ9 Gaming, iSoftBet, NetGame, Skywind, KA Gaming, Amusnet (EGT), CT Interactive, Gamomat, Wazdan, Greentube, NetEnt, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.

Technical evidence collected during the investigation included manipulated JavaScript files, mismatched game sources, and the absence of connections to official provider servers. We documented separate examples involving titles associated with Aristocrat, iSoftBet, Amusnet, Greentube, NetEnt, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.

Aristocrat

iSoftBet

Amusnet (EGT)

Greentube

NetEnt

Playtech

Pragmatic Play

These findings raise concerns about the authenticity of the gaming content available on the platform.

Other Warning Signs Detected

Our review uncovered additional issues that contributed to the overall high-risk assessment.

The website displays betting and winning activity that appears unusually consistent in frequency and payout levels. Such activity may create the impression of extensive player success, although we could not verify that the displayed figures reflected genuine wagers.

We also observed customer testimonials that warrant scrutiny. Some reviews claim player membership dating back to 2017, despite the domain registration occurring years later. This discrepancy raises questions regarding the authenticity of the published feedback.

Taken together, these findings resemble patterns we have observed in other gambling websites that later disappeared and reappeared under different names.

Final Assessment

Following our investigation, we concluded that Casinelle Casino presents significant risks to players. The website's licensing claims could not be independently verified, ownership information remains unclear, the withdrawal verification procedure raises serious concerns, and technical findings suggest the presence of unauthorized gaming content.

For those reasons, we classify Casinelle Casino as unsafe and recommend avoiding the platform. Gamble responsibly!
