The website’s license page mentions Famagousta B.V. and license number OGL/2023/155/0098. The page states that the company has a license application in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

The terms and conditions provide different details. They refer to Long Island N.V. and license number OGL/2024/1451/0918, claiming that the company has a pending application and can continue operating under a transitional arrangement.

According to the investigation findings, license number OGL/2024/1451/0918 belongs to Medium Rare N.V. rather than Long Island N.V. The same license was also recorded as expired on December 9, 2025.

The website footer states:

"Casino-casino.life is owned and operated by Famagousta B.V., registration number: 152449, registered address: Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited with address Lefkonos 22, 2nd floor, Strovolos 2064 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 309248. Casino-casino is a symbol of transparency in gaming and instant payouts"

LCB’s review found that the operator details shown throughout the website do not remain consistent, creating uncertainty around the actual company responsible for the platform.

Fake Game Sources and Technical Findings

The investigation also examined the casino’s game library and found signs that several games may be unauthorized copies or altered versions of products from known providers.

Several articles on the casino’s news section contain claims that LCB found to be inaccurate. One article titled “Casino-casino Added to List of Approved Gambling Operators in Brazil” suggests approval in the Brazilian market. A review of the official list of authorized operators found that Casino-casino was not included.

Another article claims that Casino-casino received the Best Crypto Casino 2025 award from SiGMA Awards Europe. LCB found that the casino did not receive this award. The official award result listed BC.GAME as the winner.
