LCB reviewed casino-winner.live and classified the site as unsafe, with a high level of risk for players. Our August 6, 2026 investigation found conflicting licensing information, questionable regulatory claims, suspicious verification practices, and potentially unauthorized games under established provider names. 

We recommend that players avoid depositing funds with casino-winner.live.

Conflicting Details Around the Casino's Ownership and License

The website gives different information about the company supposedly operating the casino. Its footer identifies Famagousta B.V. as the operator and gives registration number 152449. It also names Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited in Cyprus as the payment agent.

The footer states:

"Casino-winner.live is owned and operated by Famagousta B.V., registration number: 152449, registered address: Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited with address Lefkonos 22, 2nd floor, Strovolos 2064 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 309248. Casino-winner is a symbol of transparency in gaming and instant payouts"

On its Licenses and Security page, casino-winner.live refers to Curaçao Gaming Authority application number OGL/2023/155/0098 and associates that application with Famagousta B.V. 

The information supplied to us states that Famagousta B.V. has an application in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

The Terms and Conditions introduce a different company. They state that Long Island N.V. has an application under OGL/2024/1451/0918. 

According to the investigation material, that license number belongs to Medium Rare N.V., rather than Long Island N.V. 

Upon checking the Curaçao Gaming Authority registry mentioned in the investigation, we spotted that the license covered the period from December 9, 2025, through June 9, 2026. Despite this, the registry continues to list its status as “Assessment in progress.”

We also found no valid UK Gambling Commission license for the casino. The site nevertheless presents UKGC licensing among its regulatory claims.

Taken together, the operator names and license references create a significant inconsistency. The supplied investigation concludes that the site misrepresents its regulatory position and uses license information that doesn't correspond with the operator named in its terms.

A Deposit Presented as Account Verification

We also examined the account verification process shown to players.

Step 2: Enter Personal Details
The player is asked to provide basic information, including their full name, country of residence, and date of birth.

This final step is the main concern identified in our review. The investigation found that casino-winner.live presents the deposit as a requirement for completing verification, which LCB considers a major warning sign.

We consider this one of the most serious warning signs identified during the review. Licensed casinos can ask customers to complete KYC checks and may request documents or payment method verification in appropriate circumstances, but never a verification deposit. 

Questions Over Games and Player Activity

Our investigation also examined games displayed under the names of established providers. The review identified suspected unauthorized versions associated with Mirror Image Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, 1Win, and Pragmatic Play.

The technical findings cited in the investigation include differences between the game's displayed source and the expected provider source, along with manipulated JavaScript files and the absence of official provider servers.

We also looked at the site's displayed betting activity. The platform shows recent bets and winnings involving unusually large amounts and frequent successful results. The supplied evidence raises doubts about whether these entries represent genuine activity from real players. 

We can't independently establish from the displayed figures that actual customers placed those wagers.

The investigation further identified problems with the site's feedback section. Only positive five-star comments appeared there, including testimonials from users who claimed to have joined in 2020. 

Since the current casino-winner.live domain was registered on August 1, 2026, those dates don't align with the site's present domain history.

Promotional Claims Also Raise Concerns

Casino-winner.live publishes news articles that present the site as an approved or recognized operator in several markets. We checked the claims described in the investigation and found discrepancies.

One article says that Casino-winner was added to Brazil's list of approved gambling operators. The supplied review states that Casino-winner doesn't appear on the Brazilian government's published register of authorized betting operators.

Another article presents Casino-winner as the winner of a Best Crypto Casino 2025 award and uses SiGMA Awards Europe branding. The official results cited in the investigation identify BC.GAME as the actual winner of that award.

A separate article claims that Casino-winner has expanded into Italy. The investigation says the casino doesn't appear on the official register of operators maintained by Italy's Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli.

These claims matter because regulatory approval and industry awards can influence whether a player decides to trust an online casino. We found that the examples reviewed in the investigation don't match the official records cited by LCB.

Our Assessment of the Overall Risk

After reviewing its licensing details, ownership information, verification process, game sources, player feedback, and promotional claims, we classify casino-winner.live as unsafe. 

We found no valid Curaçao or UKGC license supporting its claims, while the site provides conflicting operator information involving Famagousta B.V. and Long Island N.V. The cited license linked to Long Island N.V. belongs to another company and has expired.

Our team also identified concerns around the $100 verification deposit, suspected unauthorized games, and misleading promotional claims. 

LCB rates casino-winner.live as high risk and advises players not to deposit money or share sensitive personal information with the site.
