Catoty Casino Faces Licensing and Game Concerns

Following its launch on July 23, 2026, LCB reviewed catoty.com and found several issues that raise serious concerns about the site's operation. Our investigation, carried out on August 5, 2026, examined the casino's licensing information, ownership claims, promotional material, verification process, player feedback, and game content.

Based on the information we reviewed, we rate catoty.com as unsafe and advise players to avoid making deposits there. 

Conflicting Operator and License Details

The site presents itself as a regulated gambling business, yet the information displayed across its own pages contains conflicting details about the operator and licensing arrangements.

The website footer says that catoty.com is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., registered under number 144920 in Curaçao. The same company appears on the site's Licenses and Security page, which lists Curaçao license number OGL/2024/590/0758.

The footer states:

"catoty.com is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., registration number: 144920, registered address: Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with address Parthenonos 5, PARNERA GARDENS 11, Flat 103, Strovolos, 2020 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 377018."

Our review of the official Curaçao Gaming Authority license registry found that license OGL/2024/590/0758 is registered to TechSolutions Group N.V. The existence of that license, however, doesn't establish that catoty.com has a relationship with the company named on it.

The site's Terms and Conditions introduce a different operator. They identify Medium Rare N.V. and refer to license application OGL/2024/1451/0918. 

The terms say that the application remains in progress and that the company can continue operating under a transitional arrangement.

The result is a significant inconsistency. Catoty.com's footer and license page point to TechSolutions Group N.V., while its terms identify Medium Rare N.V. We found no evidence establishing an affiliation between catoty.com and either company beyond the claims made on the website itself.

We also identified claims involving the UK Gambling Commission and the Curaçao Gaming Authority that don't match the regulatory information described in the investigation. The review further found game sources that appeared to differ from those used by the named providers.

Questions Around Promotions and Player Verification

We also examined the casino's alleged affiliate program. Publicly available information didn't provide verifiable evidence that a genuine "Catoty Affiliate Program" operates as an established iGaming affiliate scheme.

The promotional material reportedly promises $10 for each registered player and continuing earnings of 0.001% of bets. We couldn't confirm these claims through a recognized affiliate network, official platform, or regulatory documentation. That leaves the program's status unverified.

The account verification process raised a separate concern.

According to the investigation, players can begin verification by providing their name, country of residence, and date of birth. 

The site then says:

“We check your details for verification. It will take no more than 5 minutes. You can follow the verification status on this page.”

The final stage reportedly requires a deposit of at least $50. The site describes the procedure with the following statement:

“A simplified online verification procedure that requires you to make a deposit of $50 or more. Once the deposit is credited to your balance, verification will be completed.”

We consider this a major warning sign. Standard KYC procedures can require identification documents, proof of address, or payment-method checks. 

A deposit can sometimes be involved when an operator verifies a payment method or processes certain withdrawals, but that differs from demanding a payment simply to complete account verification.

Claims About Brazil, Italy and Industry Awards

Catoty.com's news section also formed part of our investigation.

One article claims that catoty.com was added to Brazil's list of approved gambling operators. 

We checked the Brazilian government register referenced in the investigation and found that the domain doesn't appear on the published list of authorized betting operators.

Another article presents catoty.com as the "Best Crypto Casino 2025" and displays SiGMA Awards Europe branding. The official SiGMA Awards results referenced in our review identify BC.GAME as the winner of the Best Crypto Casino 2025 award. The evidence therefore doesn't support catoty.com's presentation of itself as the recipient of that award.

A further article discusses an expansion into Italy. We checked the Italian gambling regulator's operator register referenced in the investigation and found no listing for catoty.com there.

Taken together, these examples add to our concerns about how the website presents its regulatory and industry credentials.

Player Reviews and Game Sources Under Review

The site's feedback section presents another issue. The page displays positive five-star reviews, including testimonials from people who reportedly joined as early as 2017.

That timeline conflicts with the reported domain registration date of July 23, 2026. Since the current domain didn't exist at that time, those testimonials raise questions about their authenticity and how the site assembled its feedback.

We also examined the casino's games. The investigation identified versions of games associated with Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Pragmatic Play, 1Win, Evoplay, and Mirror Image Gaming that appeared to use unauthorized or mismatched sources.

Our technical findings included differences in game sources, JavaScript files that appeared to have been manipulated, and an absence of the official provider servers expected for the named games.

We therefore couldn't verify the authenticity of the games presented under those provider names. This is especially important because players generally rely on the named provider when assessing the credibility of casino games.

The investigation also looked at the site's displayed betting activity. Catoty.com shows recent bets and winnings attributed to players, including repeated large wagers and substantial wins. The pattern appeared unusual enough to raise questions about whether the displayed activity represents genuine wagers.

We can't independently establish from the displayed figures alone that the bets are simulated. However, the presentation may give visitors an inflated impression of player activity and winning results.

LCB's Final Assessment of Catoty.com

When we reviewed the findings as a whole, we found enough warning signs to classify catoty.com as high risk and advise players to avoid the platform. 

The site presents conflicting information about its operator and licensing, makes regulatory and award-related claims that our checks didn't support, and features player testimonials with membership dates that predate the current domain's registration on July 23, 2026.

We also found concerns about the authenticity of games presented under established provider names and about the site's account verification process, which reportedly requires a deposit of $50 or more before verification can be completed. 

The site's ownership claims require similar caution. Catoty.com identifies TechSolutions Group N.V. as its operator, yet we found no reliable evidence linking the domain to that company. TechSolutions Group N.V. operates brands including 22Bet, 20BET, National Casino, and Bizzo Casino, but the presence of those established brands doesn't establish any connection with catoty.com.

For us, the key issue is that information displayed on a casino website needs independent support. A company name or license number shown in the footer doesn't, on its own, confirm that the site has permission to operate under that entity.

Altogether, we don't have enough reliable evidence to regard catoty.com as a trustworthy casino and therefore recommend players stay away from the platform. Gamble responsibly!
