Fast, secure, and easy to use, Skrill is extremely popular in online casinos. Players can fund the account and cash out quickly, often without hefty fees. All that, plus extra layers of security, make this payment method a solid choice worldwide.

Once again eager to take a closer look at how it works for deposits and withdrawals, our team selected CrazePlay Casino as a testing subject. Our tester from Finland was selected to lead the investigation, bringing us tons of helpful insights afterward.

As usual, let us first take a quick look at milestone moments of the investigation of non-US-friendly CrazePlay Casino and then explore each of the stages in detail:

CrazePlay Casino Deposit

Being already a member of CrazePlay Casino, the tester didn’t have to register, so he immediately proceeded to fund the account. He made a EUR 200 deposit using Skrill.

Less than a minute later, a confirmation arrived that the deposit was successfully processed, and the money instantly appeared on his balance.

Deposit options include Rapid Transfer, VISA, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, CASHlib, and various cryptocurrencies. The minimum amount to fund the account depends on the method selected.

Players should know that all deposits must be wagered at least once before a consumer can withdraw any balance.

CrazePlay Casino Gameplay

Dead or Alive II by NetEnt was our tester’s first port of call, marked with multiple smaller wins. The next in line was Reel Steal from the same studio, after which he checked out Danger High Voltage by Big Time Gaming.

He then returned to Vikings by NetEnt, checked Peppe’s Pepperoni Pizza Plaza by Red Tiger, The Invisible Man from NetEnt, and White Rabbit Megaways by Big Time Gaming.

His next choice was Safari Gold Megaways and Primal Megaways, both by Blueprint Gaming. He concluded his gaming session with the Dracula slot by NetEnt.

A day later, he started his slot session with the Book of Oil slot by Endorphina, scoring a solid win of EUR 52.00.

Following this was Book of Poseidon by Booming Games and Book of Anime by Fugaso, after which he launched Star Clusters 2 and Crystal Towers, both by Big Time Gaming.

The next adventure our tester immersed in was Ted and The Goonies Megaways, both developed by Blueprint Gaming. After these adventures, the tester explored Dead Men Walking by Nolimit City, Sticky Bandits 3: Most Wanted by Quickspin, and Bonanza Megaways by Big Time Gaming.

The last games he launched were Wolf Legend Megaways by Blueprint Gaming and Magic Maid Cafe by NetEnt.

CrazePlay Casino Withdrawal & KYC

Having explored a variety of games, the tester went on to request a cashout. He wanted to withdraw EUR 50 using Skrill.

Withdrawal options our tester had at his disposal included SEPA, Skrill, Instant Bank Transfer, and CoinsPaid. He selected Skrill, the same one he used to deposit, and made a request to withdraw EUR 50 on September 17, 2025.

A confirmation from Skrill arrived as well...

… and so did one more- from the casino.

A day later, the tester received an email from the casino in which he was informed that KYC needed to be finished before a withdrawal request could be made. As outlined in the mail, he was supposed to send a screenshot of his Skrill account with visible address, e-mail, account number, and URL bar in the browser.

In a separate email, he received an email with links that he was supposed to use to upload the documents.

The links he received were not functional when he attempted to use them a day later, so he reached out to the customer support team on September 19, 2025, to seek new ones. The live chat agent provided a thorough list of the documents the tester was supposed to send, and also sent a new email with (hopefully) functional links.

The tester then completed all the necessary steps, including sending a Skrill screenshot in a separate email. He informed the live chat agent of this, asking whether his account could be verified and a withdrawal request processed.

The agent noted that the verification department can take up to 2 days to check the documents. As she added, a confirmation email should arrive as soon as the account is verified.

A day later, the tester received an email that his identity had been verified.

On the same day, another confirmation arrived, letting him know that his payment was approved.

Even though the mail stated that the payment should arrive in 3-7 days, the tester received EUR 50 on the same day.

Regarding the verification, the Terms outline as follows:

3.15. STARSCREAM LTD. reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity both before and after effecting deposits into Your Member Account.”

In addition to this:

4.7. The payment managers employed by STARSCREAM LTD. will carry out additional verification procedures for any pay-outs. We reserve the right to request all or any due diligence documentation including but not limited to; copy of identification document, utility bill. As well as confirmation of source of wealth and source of funds, and of political status upon a cumulative deposit exceeding 2,000 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).”

According to the Terms, withdrawals are always returned to the same account where the funds originated from. Any cashout request should be denied or approved within 2 days, but if the waiting period exceeds 10 days, a player will be informed about the reason.

Pay attention to the following rules related to cash-out limits:

4.10. If you wish to withdraw a part of the winnings which is amounted to 20,000 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) or more, we have the right to divide the pay-out into instalments until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts.

The maximum withdrawable amount per day is 2500 EUR, per week is 5,000 EUR or 20,000 EUR per month (or the equivalent in any other currency). Exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status at the discretion of management.”

Conclusion

Despite the minor obstacle with non-functional verification links (most likely because they expired in the meantime), the tester had an overall smooth experience with CrazePlay. Even the support department responded quickly, providing clear instructions on how to complete KYC.
