LCB has investigated https://czplay.app/, a domain registered on February 2, 2026, and we found several concerning issues. Our review, completed on January 26, 2026, examined its licensing claims, ownership details, game authenticity, affiliate program statements, and account verification process. Based on what we uncovered, players should stay away from this casino. It operates without a valid license and uses fake game providers.
In plain terms, czplay.app does not meet the standards of a legitimate, regulated online casino. Below is a complete breakdown of what was uncovered and what it means for players.
License Verification: What Czplay.app Claims vs What Official Records Show
Licensing is the foundation of player protection. A valid regulator ensures dispute resolution, operational oversight, and compliance with strict gambling laws. Czplay.app presents itself as regulated by major authorities:
- Curaçao Gaming Authority
- UKGC (UK Gambling Commission)

However, our verification found that:
- Casino does NOT hold a valid Curaçao Gaming Authority license
- Casino does NOT hold a UK Gambling Commission license
This casino website misrepresents its licensing status, providing false and misleading information and creating potential risks for players.
In other words, the regulatory claims displayed on the website do not hold up when checked against official records.
Conflicting License Numbers and Ownership Claims
The inconsistencies go further. The website lists two different license numbers and two different owners: TechSolutions Group N.V., referenced in the website footer and on the License and Security page (license number: OGL/2024/590/0758), and Medium Rare N.V. named in the casino’s Terms and Conditions (license number: OGL/2024/1451/0918).

The website footer states:
"Czplay.app is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., registration number: 144920, registered address: Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with address Parthenonos 5, PARNERA GARDENS 11, Flat 103, Strovolos, 2020 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 377018."

On the Licenses and Security page, the site lists:
- Curaçao Gaming Authority license number: OGL/2024/590/0758
- Claimed operator: TechSolutions Group N.V
Yet the Terms and Conditions page states:
"Medium Rare N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation."

Here is where the problem becomes clear:
- License number OGL/2024/1451/0918 is officially registered to Medium Rare N.V.
- According to the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s official records, license OGL/2024/1451/0918 expired on December 9, 2025.

Official Curaçao records confirm that license number OGL/2024/590/0758 is registered to TechSolutions Group N.V.

However:
Czplay.app falsely claims ownership and operation by TechSolutions Group N.V. There is no affiliation, partnership, or connection between betpoint.cc and TechSolutions Group N.V. TechSolutions Group N.V. is an iGaming and sports betting company that operates the casino brands 22Bet, 20BET, National Casino, and Bizzo Casino.

Additionally:
Despite their claims, Czplay.app Casino does not hold a UK Gambling Commission license. The information provided on their website is misleading, as they are not authorized or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.
The information presented across Czplay.app's website demonstrates clear misuse and misrepresentation of licensing details. Multiple entities are inconsistently identified as the operator, and license numbers are either revoked, expired, or attributed to companies that are not the actual operators.
Affiliate Program Claims That Cannot Be Verified
The investigation also reviewed the so-called “Czplay Affiliate Program.”

Based on the available public information, there is no verifiable evidence that a legitimate iGaming or crypto casino affiliate program operated under the name “Czplay Affiliate Program” currently exists. The claims describing a Czplay Affiliate Program — including guaranteed payments of $10 per registered player, ongoing earnings of 0.001% of all bets, and references to transparent accounting and fast payouts — cannot be substantiated through reliable or industry-recognized sources.
No official affiliate platform, licensing information, regulatory disclosures, or reputable third-party references were identified that would confirm the authenticity of these claims. Additionally, the associated domain and email address lack a demonstrable connection to a licensed casino operator or established iGaming affiliate network.
There is insufficient evidence to support the claim that the Czplay Affiliate Program is a genuine or established participant in the crypto casino or iGaming affiliate market.
Fake Game Providers Detected
One of the most serious findings concerns game authenticity.
Our investigation confirmed that this casino uses fake or unauthorized versions of games from the following providers:
- Pragmatic Play
- Hacksaw Gaming
- BGaming
- Evoplay
- 1Win
- Mirror Image Gaming
Technical evidence includes manipulated JavaScript files, no official provider servers and game source mismatch.
Evidence identified includes:
Fake Pragmatic Play game

Fake Hacksaw Gaming game

Fake BGAMING game

Fake Evoplay game

Fake 1Win game

Fake Mirror Image Gaming game

Unrealistic Betting Activity Displayed
The casino platform displays a list of recent bets and winnings attributed to alleged players. The amounts shown include unusually high bet values and frequent large winnings, which appear inconsistent with realistic player behaviour and standard gambling patterns.

The displayed data suggests the presence of non-genuine or simulated betting activity. The consistency, frequency, and scale of the listed bets and payouts raise reasonable doubts as to whether these figures represent actual wagers placed by real users.
Such representations may create a misleading impression of high profitability and player success, potentially influencing user perception and decision-making.
The So-Called Verification Process
Another major red flag appears in the alleged account verification process.
Step 1: Start Verification
The process begins by clicking the “Verify Now” button.

Step 2: Data Input
The player is asked to enter basic personal details, including full name, country of residence, and date of birth.

Step 3: Data Checking
The platform displays the following message:
“We check your details for verification. It will take no more than 5 minutes. You can follow the verification status on this page.”

Step 4: Verification Complete
At this stage, the site states:
“A simplified online verification procedure that requires you to make a deposit of $150 or more. Once the deposit is credited to your balance, verification will be completed.”

This so-called “verification” process is completely illegitimate. Requiring a deposit to complete account verification is a well-known scam tactic and is never used by licensed casinos that comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML regulations. Legitimate operators verify players using identity documents - such as government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification, etc. - without requesting any additional deposits.
How This Scam Pattern Works
The overall design of the Czplay.app Casino website, along with its content across all pages, matches scam patterns well known to the LCB team. It is practically the same scam pattern, just on a different, new domain.
The pattern works like this:
- The casino requires a high deposit to complete its so-called account verification process, or
- Casino offers no-deposit bonuses
- Player wins what appears to be large amounts
- Withdrawal is blocked with a request for a “verification deposit.”
- Funds are never released
- Casino later shuts down the domain and reappears under a new name
Conclusion
Czplay.app operates without a valid gambling license, features fake game providers, and misleads players with false regulatory claims. Depositing money on this platform carries a high financial risk. Players are strongly advised to avoid this casino.
