With €50.18 remaining in his account balance, Punakontti decided to check out what withdrawal methods are available at the casino. However, when he visited the withdrawal page, it was completely blank.

The support agent suggested clearing cache and cookies or logging into the casino using an incognito window, as the automatic KYC system should appear then.

Having successfully verified his account, the withdrawal options were finally visible. He decided to submit a withdrawal request of €50 via MiFinity.

As soon as he submitted the request, he was transferred to the page where he was informed that his request was in progress.

The tester received an email once again, this time informing him that before his latest withdrawal request can be processed, he needs to provide a screenshot of his MiFinity account profile with his personal details clearly visible.

Since he couldn’t log into his MiFinity account due to technical issues, the tester opted to cancel his withdrawal request and submit a new withdrawal of €50 via bank transfer instead.

Shortly after submitting the withdrawal request, the tester received another email, informing him that he needs to provide a bank statement or a bank card displaying his name and IBAN to which he requested the withdrawal.

Finally, on July 6, 2026, two days after submitting the withdrawal request, the tester received an email informing him that his withdrawal was approved and processed by the casino’s finance department.

When the tester checked his banking account, he saw that he received a payment of €50.

Conclusion

The tester encountered difficulties during both registration and withdrawal. The registration form rejected the hyphen in his first name, although customer support corrected the account information.

The €200 Skrill deposit was processed without difficulty, and the tester was able to access and play the selected games.

The main issue arose when the withdrawal page displayed no available methods. The automatic KYC process failed to launch, requiring the tester to contact support and submit verification documents manually. The casino subsequently requested a selfie holding his ID.

After verification, the tester submitted a €50 MiFinity withdrawal. He later cancelled the request because technical problems prevented him from accessing his MiFinity account and providing the requested screenshot.
