With countless online casinos available nowadays, it comes as no surprise that players tend to gravitate towards those that let you jump into the action right away, instead of having to go through countless unnecessary steps to get started. We’ve sent our tester Punakontti to DepositWin Casino to check if the Pay N Play option is really that smooth.
Let’s check out the testing steps before we explore the details:
- Tester of the day: Punakontti
- Registration completed on June 29, 2026.
- Deposit of €200 via Skrill made on June 29, 2026. The tester received €200 in his account instantly.
- KYC: The automatic KYC process did not launch, so manual verification by email was required. The tester submitted identification documents, payment evidence, proof of address and a selfie. His account was verified on July 2, 2026.
- The first €50 withdrawal request was submitted through MiFinity but was later cancelled because the tester could not access his MiFinity account to provide the requested screenshot.
- A new €50 bank-transfer withdrawal was submitted on July 4, 2026.
- The tester received the €50 bank-transfer withdrawal on July 6, two days after submitting the replacement request.
DepositWin Casino Overview
DepositWin is a crypto-friendly online casino featuring an impressive gaming catalog. Whether you’re looking to explore different slot titles, or fancy table games like blackjack, roulette and baccarat, odds are you’ll find it here.
Players will get to use countless different payment methods, including the classics like Visa and Mastercard, eWallets like Skrill and Neteller, but also cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and many others.
DepositWin Casino Registration
Since DepositWin offers the Pay N Play option, that’s exactly what our tester opted for. He selected his bank and completed the bank authentication step used to create his Pay N Play account.

Within moments his account was up and running. This is when Punakontti went into his account settings to check if he needed to provide additional account details.
His name, country and date of birth were transferred through the bank authentication process, while he entered his email address, residential address and phone number manually.
This is also when he saw that the field with his first name results in an error, as it contained characters that aren’t allowed.

For this reason, Punakontti reached out to the casino’s customer support via live chat, explaining his issue.

He provided the account details to the support agent, who updated the tester’s account information. This is also when our tester was offered a welcome package.

After the support agent corrected the first-name field, the tester completed the remaining account information and finished setting up his profile. With that out of the way, his account was up and running.
DepositWin Casino Deposit
With his account ready for use, the tester checked out deposit options available at the casino.

Even though there were quite a few options to choose from, Punakontti decided to make a deposit of €200 using Skrill, a widely accepted eWallet.

Within moments the tester’s account balance was updated to €200.

DepositWin Casino Gameplay
Having successfully deposited funds into his account, it was time for our tester to check out the casino’s slot offerings.
Sticky Bandits 3: Most Wanted by Quickspin was the first game in line.

After a few spins that led to pretty much no wins, the tester moved on to Dead or Alive 2, another Western-themed game.
Here he managed to score a big win of €10 just a few spins in.

Next up was Let’s Get Ready to Rumble by Relax Gaming, where the tester secured a big win of €8.46 pretty much right away.

After checking a few more games, the tester decided to boot up the Everest game, which led the tester to a hefty win of €16.65.

Buffalo Blox Gigablox is another game where our tester had luck with his spins. The free spins feature led him to a total win of €15.40.

A few more spins, and the tester triggered the free spins feature once again. This time, the outcome was a total win of €13.98.

Feeling lucky, the tester took a barrage of slots for a test run, but the results weren’t what he was looking for.
Finally, the game that he ended his losing streak with was Dinosaur Rage by Quickspin.
Right off the bat, Punakontti managed to trigger the free spins feature, leading him to a marvelous total win of €85.24.

Hoping for a different outcome this time around, the tester took another batch of slots. Unfortunately, the results were quite underwhelming.
Eventually, he managed to land yet another big win, this time with White Rabbit 2, where the free spins feature rewarded him with a big win of €21.42.

The tester checked out a few more games before loading up Dead or Alive 3 Wanted.
Following a few spins that led to no significant wins, the tester triggered the free spins feature that led him to a massive total win of €53.04.

After another losing streak, the tester decided to end his playthrough with Bonanza by Big Time Gaming.
DepositWin Casino KYC & Withdrawal
With €50.18 remaining in his account balance, Punakontti decided to check out what withdrawal methods are available at the casino. However, when he visited the withdrawal page, it was completely blank.

This is when the tester decided to reach out to the casino’s support team once again.

The support agent suggested clearing cache and cookies or logging into the casino using an incognito window, as the automatic KYC system should appear then.

Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked. Instead, the tester was advised to send the required documentation via email.

The tester did as instructed and sent the required documentation, only to receive an email stating that he needed to provide a selfie holding his ID to complete the verification.

Once again, the tester followed the instructions and provided the selfie.
Shortly after on July 2, the tester received an email informing him that his account is fully verified.

Having successfully verified his account, the withdrawal options were finally visible. He decided to submit a withdrawal request of €50 via MiFinity.

As soon as he submitted the request, he was transferred to the page where he was informed that his request was in progress.

The tester received an email once again, this time informing him that before his latest withdrawal request can be processed, he needs to provide a screenshot of his MiFinity account profile with his personal details clearly visible.

Since he couldn’t log into his MiFinity account due to technical issues, the tester opted to cancel his withdrawal request and submit a new withdrawal of €50 via bank transfer instead.

Once again, after submitting the withdrawal request, he was taken to a new page with detailed information about the payment, where he also saw that his withdrawal was in progress.

Shortly after submitting the withdrawal request, the tester received another email, informing him that he needs to provide a bank statement or a bank card displaying his name and IBAN to which he requested the withdrawal.

Once again, the tester provided the required documentation per given instructions.
Finally, on July 6, 2026, two days after submitting the withdrawal request, the tester received an email informing him that his withdrawal was approved and processed by the casino’s finance department.

When the tester checked his banking account, he saw that he received a payment of €50.

Conclusion
The tester encountered difficulties during both registration and withdrawal. The registration form rejected the hyphen in his first name, although customer support corrected the account information.
The €200 Skrill deposit was processed without difficulty, and the tester was able to access and play the selected games.
The main issue arose when the withdrawal page displayed no available methods. The automatic KYC process failed to launch, requiring the tester to contact support and submit verification documents manually. The casino subsequently requested a selfie holding his ID.
After verification, the tester submitted a €50 MiFinity withdrawal. He later cancelled the request because technical problems prevented him from accessing his MiFinity account and providing the requested screenshot. He then submitted a replacement bank-transfer request and provided a bank statement when requested.
The €50 payment reached his bank account on July 6, two days after the final withdrawal request. Although the payment was completed, the process required several interactions with customer support and multiple verification steps.

Good review overall. The instant deposit is a definite plus, but the need for manual KYC and the cancelled first withdrawal show that the experience wasn't as frictionless as the Pay N Play concept usually promises.

Can members be testers and if so how do we go about becoming a tester? I found the article very in depth and informative. The ID verification process is similar to what I experience at many of the casinos I play at. Initial Withdraw process is fast compared to Ricardo casino where I had to wait nearly two months after my ID was verified, before they processed my minuscule withdrawal amount of $50
