They didn't care about the members even though they didn't give any proper customer support. They close any account any time without any proper reason. Simply send an email where they highlights some common clause not specify that for which reason they closed the account. And about the account money refund it's completely their wishes. You have nothing to say and when you try to get them it's kind a impossible things. I was their VIP member and without prior notice they simply blocked my account and money. Have requested for a call back but they didn't call and when I called them hold me in line for a long time and after that they mailed me that my account is completely closed and said to submit a known person Neteller I'd for my account money refund. I did and the very next day they closed that account also and mailed me that they gonna contact with me next day but unfortunately they didn't yet. It's almost 4days gone. The worst service provider. Don't think about the members.

Got an E-mail about the Neteller card being unavailable from the 25th November , which really sucks!! aside from that I am really irritated with Neteller at the moment, I am a VIP member and I had an issue last week with a deposit I made into my account via bitcoin which Bit pay confirmed as payed yet Neteller did not credit it, It was almost impossible to get support from VIP support and the normal help desk along with no call backs from them even though I requested about 20 of them, a week later the account was finally credited with the deposit which is too long a wait in my opinion so in anger and frustration I have decided to return to Ecopayz as a solution to the current issues Neteller is having and I have been really impressed so far in that I requested support for an email change and call back for some additional info about my account the email correspondence between myself and eco was quick with mails between us taking place within minuets apart and my call back was received in less than twenty four hours so in terms of better service and professionalism Eco wins hands down also the fees are about the same as Neteller and I can still use my Eco master-card for withdrawals along with the option to even order another card in either British pound of US Dollar so bye bye crappy unprofessional Neteller and Good Golly its good to back ECO Payz

I really prefer using Skrill to Neteller, aside from the higher minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts the fee structure was always inferior to what I was getting over at Skrill, so I'm pretty worried about the recent announcement that Neteller are to purchase them.. I'm sure it can only be a bad thing for players

Neteller is my favorite deposit method since they allow Net+ cardsv for ukrainian customers few monthes ago. Before that i used Skrill, but there withdrawal to Visa processing 5-7 working, so now i use only Neteller.

Of course, we are not allowed to us Neteller in the state of Georgia, but with all the information, especially about fees that I read today, I probably wouldn't be using Neteller very often...

I have both neteller and skrill, so i can compare a bit. At neteller there are higher charges, but many times faster the money movement. So it worth. The mastercard i asked for arrived just in few days, working well. The support team is really much faster here, skrill never answer in a week fro the mails, unless you are...

Neteller looks great with all this cards, etc. But unfortunately for some reasons it is does not allow to register me from Belarus, only at skrill i am allowed, and this make me sad of course, because i think that neteller is a bit better than skrill, and more safe.

I never used Neteller much because of the high minimum deposit limit and very high charges for all services... I do hear many are happier with the customer support offered compared to Skrill, however. I can't imagine either company will ever manage to gather a large userbase outside of the gaming market with their current...
