iGaming leader in Player Retention Solutions, Enteractive, has entered the Brazilian market. The company has signed a distribution deal with KTO, a global sportsbook offering mobile-friendly products in casino and live dealer verticals.

As part of the agreement, KTO will integrate products via (Re)Activation Cloud platform and use plug-and-play technology systems to amplify player retention rates.

Despite its recent launch in the Brazilian market, the bookmaker has already built an admirable base of players in Brazil thanks to its team’s expansive experience in the online sports betting sector.

KTO has therefore managed to develop a highly engaging and localized product for the landscape, supporting it with a premium customer support service in Portuguese.

Better UX with Enteractive

Offering the best possible player experience is going to get a lot easier with Enteractive, according to Cassio Filter, country manager at KTO. The cooperation will allow both brands to provide easier communication and deliver a tailored experience.

“Our aim is to offer the best possible experience to our players, and by partnering with Enteractive we can communicate with them in ways that we have not been able to do so before. Its (Re) Activation Cloud allows us to connect directly with our players and communicate over the telephone to build stronger, personalised relationships with our customers if they so wish. This will allow us to make them feel more valued and deliver a more tailored experience.”

Apart from its main characteristics, Enteractive’s unique product (Re)Activation Cloud is also scalable and specifically designed to handle personal one-on-one calls which are crucial for customer loyalty. The offering can be plugged directly into the client’s actual CRM system through a single API integration and provide real-time transparency.

Clients are also given greater control and visibility, as the Cloud utilizes GDPR and G4 methods to process data. In addition, retention is driven by technology and human interaction, resulting in a substantial boost and long-term brand loyalty. Chief executive and Enteractive founder, Mikael Hansson, explains:

Rapid Growth in Size

In recent months, Enteractive has struck several landmark agreements with leading brand from the iGaming industry. The enterprise continually integrates fresh digital content onto the platform, providing its players with a bigger selection of slots and other casino products.

Among the recently integrated operators is Casumo, who signed a collaboration in October last year. Very soon followed a cooperation deal with STS, an operator from Poland that holds about 47% of the local market.

This year, the company signed two more commercial agreements with Gaming Innovation Group and Max Entertainment. Back in 2018, Enteractive also sealed strategic partnerships with Betsson and Jetbull Casino.
