Back EveryMatrix Expands With South Africa Licence

EveryMatrix has added South Africa to its list of regulated markets after obtaining formal approval to provide its turnkey platform technology in the country. The authorisation comes as the company reports an expanding customer pipeline across Africa and prepares for additional launches in the region.

The licence was granted to EveryMatrix South Africa (EMSA) by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board. With this manufacturer’s licence, the company can supply modular sportsbook systems, casino platforms, player account management services, payment infrastructure, and affiliate management tools to operators both within South Africa and internationally.

New Licence Strengthens African Footprint

The approval marks a further step in the company’s activity across the continent. In recent years, EveryMatrix has entered partnerships with regional brands, and additional operators are preparing to roll out services powered by its technology. The earlier acquisition of FSB Technology enhanced its position in South Africa and created access to other developed and emerging iGaming markets in Africa.

The company’s turnkey systems integrate sports betting, casino gaming, account management and payments within a single operational framework. Large operators and lottery organisations in regulated markets continue to adopt these modular solutions.

Mark Schmidt, Managing Director, Africa, EveryMatrix, said: “Bringing our full suite of turnkey platform products into South Africa under our new licence is enabling us to power some of the biggest brands here, giving them access to technology that will instantly unlock their potential and drive market growth. In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be announcing some major deals so watch this space.

“Our casino, sports, PAM, payments, games and content aggregation and affiliate management solutions, supported by our local experts who understand their needs and challenges are providing an offering no one else has been able to offer so far in South Africa and across the continent.”

US Partnership Expands North American Reach

Alongside its African developments, EveryMatrix recently completed a content aggregation agreement in the United States with betOcean, part of Ocean Casino Resort in New Jersey. The deal provides betOcean with access to a catalogue of more than 45,000 casino games from over 360 global suppliers.

The arrangement also includes integration with Evolution’s One Stop Shop portfolio in the U.S., offering titles from NetEnt, Red Tiger, NoLimit City and Big Time Gaming.

This agreement represents the company’s fifth aggregation deal in North America and its third in the United States. EveryMatrix currently serves more than 300 customers worldwide and holds licences in multiple regulated North American jurisdictions, including Ontario, New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Ray Stefanelli, Vice President of Online Gaming, betOcean, added: “Working with EveryMatrix has allowed us to significantly strengthen our online casino offering in New Jersey.

“Its aggregation platform gives us access to premium content from some of the most recognizable game studios in the market, with further enhancements planned in early 2026 as we plan to roll out EveryMatrix Exclusive games in the next phase of our partnership.”

The new South African licence and the US aggregation agreement together signal continued expansion into regulated jurisdictions through platform supply and content distribution partnerships.
