Evolution has expanded its live game show offering in Latin America with the release of Ice Fishing Brasil, a localized edition of its Ice Fishing title created specifically for the Brazilian market. The game streams directly from the company’s studio in São Paulo and features hosts who present the action in Brazilian Portuguese.
The launch adds a regional version of a game that has already gained significant traction among players. Earlier this year, Ice Fishing reached more than 20,000 simultaneous players, a milestone that Evolution said had previously been achieved only by Crazy Time. The game has since recorded peaks exceeding 23,000 concurrent participants.
Localized Version Arrives From São Paulo Studio
Ice Fishing Brasil follows the format of the original game while tailoring the presentation to local audiences. The title joins Evolution’s live game show portfolio and centers on a virtual money wheel divided into 53 segments.
Players can place wagers on several outcomes before each spin. Options include instant-win segments known as Leaf 1 and Leaf 2, alongside bonus game entries tied to Lil’ Blues, Big Oranges and Huge Reds. Players can also cover every bonus section through the All Bonuses betting option.
The main game moves quickly, with each wheel spin determining whether players receive an immediate payout or advance to a bonus round. Multipliers may also appear before the wheel spins, increasing reward opportunities during both the base game and bonus features.
Bonus Features Drive Win Potential
The game’s three bonus rounds take place in an Arctic-themed environment where fish carry assigned multiplier values. Players who qualify for a bonus feature participate in a fishing sequence in which the final reward remains hidden until the fish is fully reeled in.
Each bonus game offers a different reward range. Lil’ Blues can award multipliers from 3x to 100x, Big Oranges ranges from 4x to 200x, while Huge Reds can deliver multipliers between 10x and 500x.
Before a bonus game begins, wheel-based multiplier boosts may enhance all fish values if the triggering segment received a multiplier during the main game. These upgrades can significantly increase potential returns.
According to the game information, multipliers of up to 10x can be applied to selected wheel segments before each spin. Bonus game categories can also receive multipliers ranging from 2x to 10x, increasing the values available during the fishing sequence.
Combined with the game’s bonus structure, these mechanics contribute to a maximum payout potential of up to 5,000 times a player’s stake.
