Flames and Greed Brings Dragon-Themed Slot Action

7Rings Gaming has introduced Flames and Greed, a new high-volatility slot game that places players in a fantasy setting shaped by dragons, treasure hunting and expanding win potential. The release combines cluster-based gameplay with cascading mechanics, persistent multipliers and bonus features centered on dragon symbols.

Set within a medieval-inspired world, the game presents a scenario where dragons dominate the skies and valuable rewards await players willing to pursue them. Flames and Greed uses a 7×7 cluster grid, with winning combinations creating cascades that can lead to further opportunities across the playing field.

Dragon Symbols Drive the Main Bonus Feature

Dragon symbols play a central role throughout the game. In the base game, they function as Scatter symbols and help unlock the main bonus round. Landing three or more Dragon symbols activates the Bonus Game, where the dragons take on a new role as moving Wilds.

During this feature, the Wild Dragons travel across the grid and contribute to the creation and enhancement of persistent multipliers. These multipliers remain active for the duration of the bonus round, allowing winning combinations to build in value as gameplay continues.

The developer designed the feature around increasing multiplier potential, giving players opportunities to accumulate larger rewards through continued cascades and symbol interactions.

Progress Bar Adds Additional Re-Spin Opportunities

Flames and Greed also includes a Progress Bar system that rewards activity across the grid. Every symbol removed during gameplay contributes to filling the meter. Once the bar reaches completion, a special re-spin sequence begins.

The re-spin can remove randomly selected portions of the grid or clear the entire field. These actions create additional cascades and can introduce new multiplier opportunities. Because the feature activates through accumulated symbol destruction, it provides an additional layer of progression during both standard play and bonus sequences.

This mechanic works alongside the cascading win structure, allowing multiple events to connect within a single round and potentially increase payout values.

Bonus Buy Options and Game Details

Players who prefer immediate access to bonus content can use one of two Bonus Buy features available within the game. The options, named Rise of Three Dragons and Wrath of Quad Dragon, provide direct entry into the Bonus Game without waiting for the qualifying Dragon symbols to appear naturally.

According to the game specifications, Flames and Greed carries a return-to-player rate of 96.12% and supports wagers ranging from €0.20 to €100. The title has been classified as a high-volatility slot, reflecting its focus on larger but less frequent payout opportunities.
