Back FoggyBet Pays €506 After a Bumpy Cashout

Our Trustly casino tests are usually straightforward, but this time our Finland-based tester, Punakontti, encountered a few bumps along the way while exploring Foggybet Casino. Cashing out wasn’t as simple as expected, and some KYC and wagering requirements came up, adding a few extra steps to the process.

Here are the key moments of the tester’s journey:

  • Tester of the day: Punakontti
  • Registered at FoggyBet on August 20, 2026
  • Deposited EUR 200 with Trustly on August 20
  • Submitted a driving licence, utility bill and bank statement for KYC on August 24
  • KYC documents were approved on August 24
  • First withdrawal request of EUR 310 via Trustly was submitted on August 24
  • EUR 310 withdrawal was cancelled because the 3x deposit wagering requirement had not been completed
  • After completing the remaining wagering, requested EUR 506 via Trustly on August 25
  • EUR 506 withdrawal reached his bank account on August 29

The test was not as straightforward as a typical Trustly journey might suggest. Registration and depositing were completed without much difficulty, but the first cashout introduced mandatory KYC and a wagering requirement that resulted in the withdrawal being cancelled.

After resolving both issues, Punakontti submitted a second request and ultimately received EUR 506 in his bank account. Read our full FoggyBet Casino test report to see how each stage unfolded.

Foggybet Casino Overview

FoggyBet Casino operates under a Malta Gaming Authority license and covers both sports betting and casino play, and the casino side is sizable. At the time of testing, the site offered many live dealer, table and crash games, along with over 7,000 slots, quite a few of which our tester tried.

The lobby included games from Evolution, BGaming, ELK Studios, Evoplay, Endorphina, Habanero, Amatic, Gamomat, and many other studios, with familiar types ranging from roulette and blackjack to crash games and modern video slots. A search bar and category filters helped with browsing, and the Shuffle feature served up a random game when there was too much choice. The sportsbook featured current events, odds, and a daily Hot Picks section.

There was plenty happening around the games as well. FoggyBet runs separate casino and sports promotions, including welcome offers and event-based campaigns, and displays live and top-winner feeds on the casino page.

Registration and Deposit

Punakontti registered at FoggyBet on August 20, 2026, using the casino’s Trustly Pay N Play option, which combined the registration and deposit process into a single flow.

Instead of creating an account first and then visiting the cashier, he selected the deposit option and entered EUR 200 as the amount he wanted to transfer. Trustly then redirected him to the online banking process, where he selected Finland and continued through S-Pankki.

The transaction required authentication through his bank. After completing the necessary identification steps in S-Mobile, the EUR 200 payment was confirmed and successfully sent to FoggyBet.

Once the Trustly transaction was completed, FoggyBet proceeded with the account setup. Most of the personal information required for registration was already available through the Pay N Play process, while our tester had to provide his email address and phone number to complete the account.

After the remaining details were confirmed and the required terms were accepted, the registration was finalized. Punakontti was then logged into his newly created FoggyBet account, where the EUR 200 deposit was already visible in his balance.

The registration and deposit stages were closely connected and required considerably less manual input than a conventional casino registration form. No KYC documents were requested at this point in the test; identity verification became necessary later, when Punakontti attempted his first withdrawal.

Gameplay

Punakontti chose to focus on slots, and he went through plenty of them, with the usual mix of ups and downs along the way. He slowly built up his balance until he had met all the requirements and was ready to cash out.

Big Time Gaming proved to be the most lucrative provider for him overall.

Pop turned out to be his luckiest game, with a couple of bigger wins helping his balance along. He also tried Christmas Bonanza and had some better luck on Danger High Voltage, where a few wins came his way.

Castle of Terror from BTG was another lucky pick:

He also tried with Apollo Pays, although that session was mostly dry spins without much to show for it.

He also played a couple of Microgaming titles, High Society and Jungle Jim – El Dorado, before moving on to NetEnt’s Dead or Alive.

Quickspin’s Eastern Emeralds Megaways gave him some boost, and Bork the Berzerker Hack ‘N’ Slash Edition from Thunderkick was also among the many slots he tried during the test.

FoggyBet KYC Verification

Unlike the registration stage, identity verification was required when Punakontti attempted to make his first withdrawal. Until the KYC procedure was completed, the cashout option was unavailable.

On August 24, 2026, he opened the Documents section of his FoggyBet account. At that point, the account was clearly marked as “KYC unverified.”

To complete the verification, the tester submitted four files. These consisted of a bank statement, the front and back of his driving licence, and a utility bill used as proof of address.

After each upload, the document appeared in the account with a Pending status, confirming that it had been received and was waiting for review.

Punakontti returned to the casino the following day, August 25, and found that all of the submitted documents had been approved. His verification was therefore completed within approximately one day, and the withdrawal option became available.

The KYC requirement itself added an extra step to the cashout process, but the document review did not result in a lengthy delay.

FoggyBet Withdrawal Test

With EUR 310.02 available in his balance, Punakontti made his first attempt to cash out on August 24, 2026. He selected Trustly and entered EUR 310 as the withdrawal amount.

The cashier indicated that the minimum Trustly withdrawal was EUR 100, while the maximum available for the transaction was EUR 1,000. However, our tester was unable to proceed immediately. FoggyBet informed him that his account had to be fully verified before a withdrawal could be completed.

This prompted the KYC procedure described above. After submitting the requested documentation, the account was marked as KYC verified and the documents appeared as accepted. Later that day, Punakontti was able to submit his EUR 310 Trustly withdrawal, which appeared in the Pending Withdrawals section.

The cashout did not make it to his bank account. On August 25, he learned that the request had been cancelled because he had not yet fulfilled FoggyBet's deposit wagering requirement.

Wanting to find out exactly what remained to be done, our tester contacted live support. The agent explained that money deposited at the casino must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal. With Punakontti's original deposit standing at EUR 200, this translated into EUR 600 in required wagering.

Punakontti then asked the agent to check how much of that requirement he had already completed. After some back and forth, support informed him that approximately EUR 300 still needed to be wagered.

He returned to the games and continued playing until the requirement was met. His session also produced some additional winnings, bringing the available balance to EUR 506.10.

On August 25, he returned to the cashier and placed a second withdrawal request, this time for EUR 506 via Trustly. The transaction was successfully submitted at 2:43 PM and appeared in his account as a pending withdrawal.

The wait did not end on the same day. Punakontti ultimately received EUR 506 in his bank account on August 29, four days after submitting the second request.

Unlike the first attempt, no further wagering or verification obstacle prevented this withdrawal from being completed. The test therefore resulted in Punakontti cashing out more than twice his original EUR 200 deposit, although the process included mandatory KYC, a 3x deposit wagering requirement, cancellation of the initial withdrawal, and several days of waiting for the successful Trustly payment.

Conclusion

FoggyBet delivered a mixed but ultimately successful testing experience. The Pay N Play setup made getting started easy, and the casino offered enough game variety to give Punakontti plenty of options throughout the session. The less convenient part came later, when the withdrawal process required more attention than expected.

The main takeaway from the test is that players should always be aware of withdrawal conditions before requesting a cashout, particularly the account verification and deposit wagering rules. Once those requirements were cleared, the remaining process was completed without any further issues, and the funds reached Punakontti’s bank account successfully.
