LCB is publishing the official statement provided in response to complaints surrounding the JackToken ($JACK) project and the placement of FortuneJack on the LCB Warning List. The statement addresses allegations involving the token’s launch, market performance, development, disclosed risks, and communication with participants.
This article provides background on the concerns raised by users, reproduces the official JackToken statement verbatim, and explains LCB’s current position regarding FortuneJack’s Warning status.
Issues Involving the JackToken Project
In July 2025, a growing dispute emerged between FortuneJack users and the online casino over its cryptocurrency project, JackToken ($JACK), with investors alleging misleading practices, poor communication, and significant financial losses.
According to multiple forum posts, JackToken was promoted as an official token designed to integrate with FortuneJack's gaming ecosystem.
Existing customers were encouraged to participate through an airdrop and presale. Relying on the casino's established reputation, many users reportedly invested hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
The primary complaint centers on the token's launch. Investors claim JackToken was marketed during its early stages at prices between $0.01 and $0.04, but ultimately launched on the Solana blockchain at approximately $0.0005, resulting in immediate losses estimated at 95–99% for early participants.
Users also allege the project unexpectedly migrated from BNB Chain to Solana without adequate notice or explanation.
Additional concerns include prolonged periods of silence from the development team, unfulfilled roadmap promises such as staking and token utilities, unresolved withdrawal issues, and limited support across official communication channels.
Some users further claim they were banned after raising questions about the project.
While many investors describe JackToken as a scam, these remain allegations rather than legally established findings. There is no indication from the forum discussion that any court or regulator has determined FortuneJack committed fraud.
Our forum moderators contacted FortuneJack's representatives multiple times seeking clarification, but reported receiving no response. After months of unresolved complaints, LCB placed FortuneJack on the Warning List in October 2025, citing the lack of communication and unresolved concerns surrounding JackToken.
Official Statement from JackToken
In response to the concerns raised by players and FortuneJack's placement on our Warning List, the company provided the following statement regarding the JackToken project.
The statement is reproduced verbatim for transparency and reflects JackToken's position on the matter.
JackToken: A Factual Account
25 June, 2026
We write in response to the trust flag applied to the JackToken project and to address, clearly and on the record, the characterization of JackToken as a scam. We categorically reject this characterization and provide the following factual account.
THE PROJECT WAS LAUNCHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS WHITEPAPER
JackToken ($JACK) was developed and launched by JackGaming, supported by FortuneJack, which included product and marketing collaboration. $JACK is not an affiliate or partner of FortuneJack.
The legal disclaimer published in the whitepaper (wp.jacktoken.com/details/legal-disclaimer) stated clearly and unambiguously:
“By engaging with $JACK tokens and the JackToken ecosystem, users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, digital assets, and regulatory uncertainty.”
Furthermore, the disclaimer stated:
“JackToken and JackGaming make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Participation in the JackToken ecosystem, including staking, contests, and other activities, is voluntary and should be considered carefully.”
All participants who engaged with $JACK did so voluntarily, with full access to material information and the disclosures. The whitepaper explicitly recommended that users seek independent legal and financial advice before purchasing.
THE TOKEN REMAINS LISTED AND VERIFIABLE
$JACK has not been delisted, hidden, or removed from public record. It remains tracked and listed on major cryptocurrency data platforms, including CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, dexscreener.com, and Coinbase. The token’s full price history, supply data, and on-chain activity are publicly verifiable. There has been no disappearance of funds, no anonymous team, and no abandonment of infrastructure.
THE PROJECT DID NOT PROGRESS DUE TO INSUFFICIENT MARKET DEMAND
JackToken team launched the product materially in a form provided in the whitepaper. Trading or market price of $JACK is outside JackToken’s control and depends on market’s demand and behaviour. Price of $JACK is a market outcome. The cryptocurrency sector is characterized by high volatility and users should be careful with price fluctuations. This was broadly explained in JackToken’s disclaimers. As the legal disclaimer made clear, the whitepaper contained forward-looking statements that were subject to change based on market conditions.
The $JACK token reached a recorded all-time high and subsequently experienced a severe decline in trading volume and price. Low demand resulted in stalled development.
JackGaming and its affiliates accept no liability for market-driven losses, as explicitly stated in the published legal disclaimer.
$JACK tokens were not offered as financial instruments or securities. They were not construed as conferring ownership or equity in any entity. Participation was voluntary.
Risks were disclosed. The project was built on a real platform with real partnerships and real deliverables.
We take reputational matters seriously and reserve the right to pursue appropriate remedies with respect to false and damaging characterizations made without factual basis.
We remain available to address any specific, factual concerns raised by members of this community. We ask that any allegations be made with specificity and evidence, as we have endeavored to do here.
JackToken
LCB’s Position
LCB has published FortuneJack's statement in full in the interest of transparency. We wanted to ensure that readers have access to the company's response to the concerns surrounding the JackToken project.
The statements contained therein represent the claims and position of FortuneJack and JackToken and should be understood as such.
At this time, LCB does not make any determination as to whether the JackToken project was or was not a scam. The allegations raised by users and the responses provided by FortuneJack remain matters of dispute.
The publication of FortuneJack's statement does not automatically result in the removal of the Warning status. The Warning remains in place pending meaningful progress in addressing the outstanding player complaints and concerns that led to its issuance.
LCB continues to encourage FortuneJack and JackToken to engage with affected users in good faith, respond to unresolved complaints, and work toward resolving the issues raised by players. Should those matters be satisfactorily addressed, LCB will review the status accordingly.

Trust in crypto projects is incredibly hard to earn and very easy to lose. Once a community feels ignored, even a legitimate explanation comes too late. Transparency should be consistent from day one, not only after the backlash.
