Casino on Probation Grows Conscience on Past Mistakes and Performs up to the Mark
The intensity of testing online casinos and their overall integrity isn’t diminishing due to the cold weather outside, it’s just that our agile team of investigators sometimes decides to make a loop and go in a completely unknown direction with brands on probation or even unlicensed platforms, as you may know.
On that account, our embracive project “From the Players, for the Players” is back with another out-and-out test report in December, undertaken by our tester of standard online casino procedures, Bubbles12.
Without further delay, our tester has recently paid a visit to Malta-licensed, non-US friendly Bob Casino, which was placed on LCB warning list in June 2018. The reason for it was allowing USA players to sign up, deposit and play via cryptocurrency even though USA was a restricted country.
After being approached by our team, the site started restricting all US players from signing up. Equally important, there haven’t been any further complaints about this issue and we have therefore placed the brand on probation to give them a chance to redeem themselves and prove that they are trustworthy and fair.
All disagreements aside, we gave our tester green light to spare no effort and bring hands-on experience about registering, depositing, playing and cashing out at this smoking…hot iGaming station.
Not to mince any more words, here are some basic facts about the test:
- Tester of the day: Bubbles12
- Date of signing up: Monday, December 6th 2021
- Cashier: Account funded with $150 via Skrill on the same day
- Upload of documents for KYC: personal ID front and back, selfie with personal ID, phone bill, proof of Skrill deposit
- Withdrawal: Request of $1,301 submitted on December 6th via Skrill (mandatory deposit wagering 3x)
- Withdrawal received on December 6th, 2021
Everything seems up to snuff here, but let’s see whether we jumped the gun and overlooked a few details.
Our tester, Bubbles12, started the registration process on 6 December, 2021. Signing up with Bob Casino takes less than a minute (as advertised) and it only requires a player to go through login settings, personal info and address details.
As soon as the account was up and running, Bubbles12 continued with the next phase of testing, which includes depositing. She hit the cashier and chose her preferred method of payment to complete the transaction.
At this point, there was no need to verify her identity, so our tester picked Skrill to top up her newly opened account with Bob Casino with $150 on the same day and refused any bonuses.
After taking necessary steps to confirm the transaction with Skrill, which includes a 6-digit verification code, Bubbles12 finally had some money in her balance to get into the act. Our player decided to open up the casino’s huge library of some 1300+ slots, and find that one game to take her to glory!
According to the casino’s terms and Cashier, the minimum deposit limit is €20. Other available deposit methods include Maestro, Via and MasterCard, Neteller, Instadebit, Paysafecard, WebMoney, Neosurf, ecoPayz/ecoVoucher, Trustly, iDebit and Klarna.

KYC and Gameplay
Before making her first picks, Bubbles12 opened the terms to see what documents are necessary to qualify for the withdrawal. According to Bob Casino’s T&Cs, these can include proof of identity, proof of address and proof of deposit.
However, players are also required to submit documents that verify their deposit and withdrawal methods depending on the chosen payment solution (e.g. screenshot of profile with postal address, front and back of a credit card, bank statement and so forth).
After uploading her personal ID, selfie with her personal ID, utility bill and Skrill deposit proof, it was time for some jammin’! Our tester, Bubbles12, started her latest gaming adventure with Foxium and its all-time hit Adelia: The Fortune Wielder.
On that list are also Age of Beasts Infinity Reels from ReelPlay, Santa’s Big Bash Megaways from Iron Dog Studios, Book of Xmas from Spinomenal, Microgaming’s Fortune Rush from its exclusive December 2021 rollout, Stay Frosty from Betsoft and so on.
However, the only massive win worth mentioning occurred while playing Wizard’s Wand Money up, a high volatility slot from Ainsworth released in June 2021. This game forked out an incredible $1.472 on free spins from a $20 bet as shown in her screenshot!
Since she couldn’t repeat that result with other picks, Bubbles12 soon decided to call it quits and request a withdrawal (the mandatory 3x wagering requirement on straight deposits has obviously been played through).
The withdrawal request of $1,301 was submitted on December 6th, 2021 via Skrill. Still, to receive her winnings on Wizard’s Wand Money up, our tester had to upload certain KYC documents again, since an earlier email from the casino had stated that the submitted phone bill doc is not accepted due to its .pdf format
Bubbles12 was asked to resend it in .jpg or .jpeg format again. On top of that, the submitted proof of deposit was also rejected as account owner's name and email were not visible.
After submitting the documents again (utility bill in requested format and deposit proof with visible name and email address of account holder) on the same day, 6 Dec 2021, Bubbles12 sent a new withdrawal request and received an email that the cashout was approved a few hours later!
The stated cashout limit at the casino is €/$4,000 Daily, €/$10,000 Weekly, or €/$40,000 Monthly. Players can also withdraw via the following methods: Direct Bank Transfer, Instadebit, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, ecoPayz, Paysafecard, WebMoney, Trustly and iDebit.
In the end, jammin’ with Bob Casino turned out hassle-free!
Minor difficulties with the format of documents to process the withdrawal were quickly fixed and our tester has managed to basically register, deposit, play and withdraw all in the same day.
Hope our survey of this gaming station exceeds your expectations, even though it’s still on probation on LCB due to some restriction controversies from 2018.
Until next time, please play responsibly and stay tuned for more reports coming soon.
