In this latest chapter in the project series ‘From the Players, for the players’ — an inclusive and long-lasting LCB endeavor to promote responsibility, accountability, and transparency in the iGaming industry — we bring you the experience of our tester in the PlayFrank Casino.

Our member dirkemans, an eleven-year veteran of the LCB community, went in to assess the sign-up, depositing and withdrawal process, as well as the gaming environment in this dual-licensed online casino.

 

His findings were straightforward:

  • No significant issues in the key areas of investigation;
  • A few interesting results during an account verification and withdrawal phases;
  • Unpredictably predictable casino operations and no notable wins.

Once you verify your age via iDIN, the reminder of the two-step sign-in process is conventional. You create your account details and provide an email address, and then you enter your personal information as they appear in your ID or Passport.

Once you complete the registration, the welcome mail arrives in your inbox in a matter of minutes, and you’re good to go.

Now…

As you may have noticed in one of the snapshots, there’s a special-bonus-offers box at the bottom of the pop-up window in Step 2. In case you’re up for a welcome bonus, you should leave the box checked, as it appears by default. But if you’re into straight deposit play, please make sure to uncheck it.

And, if you leave the box as it is by omission — which was the case during our test, as we wanted to see the responsiveness of support staff — you can contact the casino’s live chat and request them to remove the welcome offerings. This option might come in handy since the bonus brings all the bells and whistles of wagering requirements.

Once dirkemans stated his wishes in this particular segment — the unwanted bonus is listed in categories to address with the live support; you can simply click on it — the casino removed the additional benefit. The process lasted no longer than a few minutes.

And with this out of the way, our tester was ready to proceed with the deposit.

Depositing & Gameplay: Fast & Furious

As said, the PlayFrank Casino allows for several banking methods to place your funds, looking for entertainment and fun.

During this test, dirkemans used Neteller to do so. As expected with this method, the transaction was over in no time.

In this phase, dirkemans got awarded 50 free spins bonus, which he did not require. And again, the live chat agent was there to remove it from our tester’s account.

So…

With funds at his disposal, dirkemans went on to enjoy some well-deserved fun by playing House of Doom 2: The Crypt and Book of Dead.

And, as we all very well know, what happens in the casino stays in the casino, be it in the Las Vegas world or the ever-growing iGaming realm. Unless, of course, we talk about complaints or jackpots, and neither of those was present here.

Withdrawal: Nice & Easy

As the policy of our project dictates, dirkemans made a €50 cashout request. He went on to once again check the casino Terms and Conditions, addressing this particular process. Notably, there’s a €1 fee to be paid; thus, the overall amount in question was €49.

The casino immediately followed-up the transaction with a confirmation email. Some 38 hours later, the funds were at dirkemans’ Neteller account.

Interestingly…

There’s no need for scans or photos of personal documents in this phase either. One might have expected this — mind you, the registration process went on without those files being uploaded — but that was not the case.

As dirkemans noted in his correspondence with our team, this peculiarity could be related to the iDIN method or the fact that he has been a verified player at casinos that belong to the PlayFrank’s ownership group.
