Galaxsys Introduces Gift Box for In-Game Rewards

Galaxsys has expanded its promotional offering with Gift Box, an in-game feature that distributes limited bonuses through the chat function of eligible games.

The tool allows operators to run promotional campaigns directly within the gaming environment while also supporting Gift Boxes shared by players with other players in the chat. Rewards are available as Free Bets or Free Amounts and can only be used in games selected for the relevant promotion.

Each Gift Box contains a limited number of rewards and remains available for a defined claiming period. Players can claim a particular Gift Box once before the displayed time expires. If bonuses remain unclaimed after that period, the system may distribute them automatically among players who are active.

Operators Can Configure Campaign Settings

Partners can set the conditions for each Gift Box campaign, including its duration, the games where rewards can be used and the number of bonuses available.

They can also determine how long players have to claim a Gift Box and set the validity period for rewards after they have been collected. The validity period begins when the player claims the bonus and continues for a predefined number of days.

Gift Box supports two reward formats. Free Bet bonuses and Free Amount rewards can both be configured for promotional campaigns, allowing operators to select the option that fits the campaign.

The feature also provides players with information directly inside the Gift Box. Each one displays the amount available, the number of claims still remaining and the time left before the claiming period closes.

Limited quantities and one-time claim rules give partners control over how bonuses are distributed. Players do not need to leave an eligible game to access a Gift Box, as rewards appear through the in-game chat.

Player Sharing Adds Another Distribution Option

Alongside operator-led campaigns, Gift Box allows players to share rewards with others through the chat. Galaxsys said this creates a “more social and interactive experience.”

The system can also handle rewards that remain available when the claiming window closes. Rather than leaving those bonuses unused, the feature may automatically distribute them among active players.

Galaxsys said the promotional mechanic aims to bring rewards into the gameplay experience and make bonuses available while players are already participating in eligible games.

Operators can apply the feature across selected titles rather than their full game catalogue and can define the terms governing availability and validity for each campaign.

The launch adds another engagement mechanic to Galaxsys' iGaming offering, with Gift Box combining campaign-based reward distribution with player-to-player sharing through the same in-game chat environment.

By displaying claim details and reward availability directly within the game, the feature keeps the promotional process connected to gameplay. Players can see what remains available and how long they have to claim it before the window closes.
