Back GameArt Prepares ICE Barcelona Showcase For Backstreet Mayhem

GameArt has confirmed its participation at ICE Barcelona 2026, where the studio will present its latest developments and introduce a new slot title ahead of its market release. The company will exhibit at Booth 2C40 from January 19 to January 21, offering visitors hands-on access to recent games, previews of upcoming releases, and on-stand activities linked to its newest product launch.

The event will serve as the main public platform for Backstreet Mayhem, a slot game scheduled to go live on January 27, 2026. Attendees will be able to play the title before and during its official release window, while also exploring the wider GameArt catalogue of HTML5 slot and casino content.

New Slot Title Takes Center Stage

Backstreet Mayhem is positioned as the focal point of GameArt’s ICE Barcelona presence. The game places players in an urban-themed setting and introduces mechanics designed around fast-paced play and escalating win potential. A core feature, XTreme Cascades, removes winning symbols from the grid and replaces them with new drops, allowing consecutive wins to build within a single spin.

The game also includes a Free Spins mode triggered by landing three or more Scatter symbols. During this feature, a Multiplier Vault appears above the reels. Wild Multipliers that do not contribute to a win immediately are stored and then applied at the end of the round, creating a final payout sequence.

Stacking Wild Multipliers can increase winnings up to 10x. Players can also activate a High Stakes Volatility Switch, which raises the level of risk and potential payout within the game. According to GameArt, these mechanics aim to give players control over the intensity of gameplay while maintaining consistent engagement.

Booth Experience And Wider Portfolio

At Booth 2C40, GameArt plans to build its stand around the Backstreet Mayhem theme, including prize activities tied to the game’s street-inspired design. Visitors will also have opportunities to meet members of the GameArt team and explore a broader selection of the studio’s existing title.

Alongside the new slot, the company will use ICE Barcelona to present updates across its product line. GameArt describes itself as a developer of next-generation HTML5 casino content, and the exhibition will reflect its ongoing work in game design and platform compatibility.

Leadership Outlines Upcoming Changes

GameArt chief executive Gašper Žun said the event provides a global stage for the new release. “ICE Barcelona is the perfect stage for us to introduce Backstreet Mayhem to the global market,” he said. “This game captures everything we love about modern slot design: bold visuals, high energy, and mechanics that keep players on the edge of their seat. We can’t wait to share it with partners and showcase what’s coming next for GameArt in 2026.”

Žun also confirmed that the company will unveil a redesigned user interface during the exhibition. “In addition, we’ll be presenting our completely redesigned game UI, which will roll out across all new titles in 2026. The updated interface aligns with industry standards and player expectations. It’s streamlined, intuitive, and built to deliver a great user experience.”

The updated interface will apply to all new GameArt titles released next year, marking a broader design shift alongside the launch of Backstreet Mayhem.
