GAMOMAT has obtained a B2B licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), giving the online casino games developer a new route to distribute its portfolio through operators working under Malta’s regulatory framework.
The approval marks a further step in the company’s plans to increase its presence across regulated European markets. GAMOMAT can now supply its games catalogue to a broader network of eligible operators through the MGA licensing framework.
Licence Opens Access to Wider Operator Network
Joss Webster, GAMOMAT’s head of commercial, said the approval supports the company’s continued expansion in regulated jurisdictions.
“The MGA B2B licence is a big moment for the business as we push on with our expansion throughout Europe’s regulated markets. It allows us to bring the GAMOMAT titles that partners trust and players love to a wider network of operators, while doubling down on our commitment to quality, performance and compliance.”
The MGA licence enables GAMOMAT to make its titles available to operators licensed under Malta’s regulatory system, extending the potential distribution of its content.
The company also highlighted the role of its Remote Gaming Server, G-RGS, in supporting its commercial operations. GAMOMAT said the platform forms an important part of its partner offering by providing integration and scalability for operators using its content.
GAMOMAT RGS Ltd. holds authorisation from the MGA to provide Type 1 gaming services under a B2B Critical Gaming Supply Licence. The licence carries the number MGA/B2B/1066/2024.
Compliance Remains Central to Expansion Plans
The latest approval also strengthens GAMOMAT’s position as a supplier of content designed for regulated environments. The company said the certification reflects its focus on meeting regulatory requirements while supporting operators that offer gaming products within licensed markets.
Sebastian Reddig, chief strategy officer at GAMOMAT, said the MGA’s standing within the international iGaming sector made the licence an important addition to the company’s regulatory credentials.
“The MGA is renowned as one of the most respected regulatory bodies in the global iGaming industry. With the new licence, we can showcase our games catalogue to a larger operator base, as we maintain our promise of quality and compliance.”
The approval gives GAMOMAT access to a larger pool of Malta-regulated operators as it continues to pursue growth in Europe. For the developer, the licence also provides a regulatory foundation for expanding the reach of its existing games portfolio.
GAMOMAT described the development as part of its broader strategy to grow within regulated markets while maintaining its focus on game quality, technical performance and compliance. With its MGA authorisation now in place, the company can offer its content to a wider group of operators operating under the Malta framework.
The licence therefore adds another regulatory approval to GAMOMAT’s business as it seeks further distribution opportunities across Europe’s licensed online gaming sector.

Good news for GAMOMAT. Getting an MGA licence should help them reach more operators and expand their presence in regulated European markets.
