Golden Nugget Casino, located in Atlantic City, has made history, having just gone live with America’s very first online live dealer games via its instate-only online casino. The fully-regulated games launched this past Thursday, August 11th.
The games will be accessible only to New Jersey residents, in addition to visitors within the state’s borders. Players will have the opportunity to access titles such as American Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Bonus Baccarat, by use of mobile devices or tablets, in addition to poolside at resorts or via in-room Wi-Fi.
According to the casino’s iGaming rep, Warren Steven, this idea has been in the works for quite some time now. Warren commented, “Golden Nugget continues to focus on pushing innovation into the New Jersey market, the next step for us was always going to be Live Dealer due to its land-based convergence opportunities and providing our new and existing customers with a full casino offering.”

Our Live Dealer technology uses the same tried and tested video streaming technology but in real-time, allowing customers to play live Blackjack, Live Roulette, or Live Dragon Bonus Baccarat from anywhere in New Jersey.”
While its newest idea has officially come to life, the company is not finished just yet. In fact, the casino hopes to push the envelope just a bit more, with plans to expand its offering to include added side bets, particularly for blackjack. This, along with other additions are expected to become available by the end of 2016.

Well, just for me personally, I want to play and not be bothered by "live" people" or even just know that they are alive on the other end. I don't know why I feel this way. Maybe for the reason that when I have to go to the bathroom, or go to the kitchen, etc. I sure don't want to feel as though I am holding anyone up....
