Online Division of Novomatic Makes a Historic Patent Deal with IGT

After announcing great news about two slots delivering a trio of million-dollar-plus jackpots in December, named Wheel of Fortune and Powerbucks, IGT is back with more groundbreaking surprises, this time in partnership with Novomatic.

As reported, the company’s combined Remote Game Server patent portfolio will from now on offer compelling new technologies for digital and social gaming, powered by Greentube, a digital gaming and entertainment division of the famous Austria-based full-service provider.

Cross-Licensing Agreement

International Game Technology PLC and Greentube are now official partners thanks to the newly signed patent cross-licensing agreement. The document is focusing on valuable patents related to RGS technologies whose originality and ingenuity will be implemented into many titles on the network.

The agreement will be executed between the NOVOMATIC’s leading content partner and IGT to offer the global gaming industry a combined RGS portfolio.

IGT is, undoubtedly, a global leader in gaming. It excels in delivering premium entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players across all channels, spanning from lottery and slot machines all the way to sports betting and other divisions.

Greentube, as one of the fastest-rising brands within the Novomatic network, is also very pleased to reach a significant intellectual property agreement with IGT.

According to Thomas Graf, Greentube CEO, the combined RGS portfolios will represent a state-of-the-art product, leading to new premium gaming solutions and continued success.

IGT to Showcase Compelling New Products on ICE 2023

At the upcoming ICE London 2023 conference, International Game Technology will present its latest diverse portfolio of top-performing games.

The company is also bringing its brand-new cabinets, systems and solutions to the show, held from February 7-9 at ExCel London.

Visitors will be able to see various IGT products at the company's stand N3-150, such as the player-favorite and award-winning Prosperity LinkCai Yun Heng Tong as well as Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi.

They will be available on the PeakSlant49 cabinet.

Among other products are also Egyptian Link Ramosis' Treasures and Nefturi's Treasures, squeezed into the versatile PeakSlant32 cabinet.

PeakDual 27 cabinet will make its ICE trade show debut, featuring two high-definition monitors, a 13.3 digital player panel, and the latest in lighting, audio and convenience technologies.
