The online casino market continues to attract new platforms promising secure gameplay, generous bonuses, and licensed operations. However, not every operator meets the standards expected of a legitimate gambling service.
During our investigation of Winvex.cc, we identified multiple warning signs involving licensing claims, operator identity, game authenticity, verification procedures, and misleading promotional content.
This review examines the evidence we uncovered and explains why these findings raise significant concerns about the platform's transparency, regulatory status, and overall safety for players.
Licensing Claims and Operator Confusion
The platform references multiple entities and conflicting license details across different pages.
On its Licenses and Security page, the site presents the following information:
- Curaçao Gaming Authority license number: OGL/2023/155/0098

- Claimed operator: Famagousta B.V.

It also states that Famagousta B.V. has a pending application under this reference. However, records show that this application is still in progress and not confirmed as an active license.

A different narrative appears in the Terms and Conditions section, where another entity is mentioned:
“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation.”

This creates confusion about who actually operates the platform. In addition, license OGL/2024/1451/0918 is recorded under a different company and is listed as expired in official records.

The website also has no valid UK Gambling Commission authorization, despite claiming otherwise.

Game Providers and Technical Concerns
We also examined the gaming content and found signs of unauthorized or cloned game integrations. Several popular game providers are listed on the platform, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, 1Win, Mirror Image Gaming, and Paperclip Gaming.
Pragmatic Play

Hacksaw Gaming

BGaming

Evoplay

1Win

Mirror Image Gaming

Paperclip Gaming

Technical checks showed no verified provider connections. Instead, we identified:
- Manipulated JavaScript files
- No official provider servers
- Game source mismatch
These findings indicate that the games presented may not be connected to the original developers, raising concerns about fairness and authenticity.
Affiliate Program Claims Remain Unverified
We also reviewed the platform’s advertised affiliate program, which is promoted under the name “Winvex Affiliate Program.” It presents fixed payouts per referred player and ongoing percentage-based earnings tied to betting activity.

However, there is no verifiable evidence of a functioning affiliate system connected to a licensed operator. No recognized affiliate network listings, official program documentation, or credible third-party confirmations support the existence of this program in a regulated iGaming environment.
Verification Process and Questionable Platform Behavior
One of the most concerning elements is the account verification process. Instead of standard identity checks, the platform presents a deposit-based requirement. The process is described step by step on the site:
Step 1: Start Verification

Step 2: Data Input
Players are asked to submit personal details such as full name, country, and date of birth.

Step 3: Data Checking
“We check your details for verification. It will take no more than 5 minutes. You can follow the verification status on this page.”

Step 4: Verification Complete
“A simplified online verification procedure that requires you to make a deposit of $50 or more. Once the deposit is credited to your balance, verification will be completed.”

This structure is not aligned with standard KYC and AML practices used by licensed casinos. Instead of verifying identity through documents, the platform requests a financial deposit, which is a major red flag.
The site also displays promotional content that includes misleading claims about regulatory approvals and awards. One article states:
“Winvex Added to List of Approved Gambling Operators in Brazil”

However, the platform is not listed among approved operators in Brazil’s official registry.

Another article claims industry recognition:
“Why Winvex Is the Best Crypto Casino in 2025.”

The page references the SiGMA Awards, but official results confirm that the Best Crypto Casino 2025 award was given to BC.GAME, not Winvex.
We also reviewed claims of expansion into regulated markets, including Italy, but the platform does not appear in the official register of licensed operators maintained by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli.

Player Feedback and Activity Patterns
The website features only positive 5-star reviews, some stating long-term activity dating back to 2020. However, the domain was registered on 27.06.2026, making these claims inconsistent with the platform’s actual timeline.

We also observed betting activity displayed on the site that includes unusually high winnings and frequent large bets. The pattern of these results appears unrealistic and may not reflect genuine player behavior.

Final Assessment
Across licensing claims, game integrity checks, verification procedures, affiliate program statements, and promotional content, the platform shows multiple inconsistencies and misleading elements. The combination of unverified licensing, questionable game sourcing, and deposit-based verification creates a high-risk environment for users.
We advise users to be cautious and avoid engaging with Winvex.cc due to the lack of reliable regulation and the presence of deceptive operational practices.

Wow!!! The report was very informative but after reading all that I am still as uncertain as I was before reading the report about how to tell if a casino is legit or not without having to do all those checks. I can barely even tell if a slot game is authentic or not so I’m very grateful and appreciative of the hard work...
