LCB Finds Serious Issues at Fstdep.com

Our latest investigation found multiple warning signs surrounding fstdep.com, leading us to classify the website as an unsafe casino that players should avoid. 

During our review on July 20, 2026, we identified misleading licensing claims, evidence of unauthorized game content, conflicting ownership information, fabricated promotional material, and a verification process that raises serious concerns. 

The domain was registered on April, 27, 2026, yet several parts of the website attempt to present the business as an established gambling operator with a much longer history. Throughout our investigation, we compared the casino's public claims with official records and the technical information available on the website.

Licensing Claims Raise Multiple Questions

One of the most significant issues we identified concerns the casino's regulatory information.

The website states that it operates under the Curaçao Gaming Authority while also claiming authorization from the UK Gambling Commission. After checking both claims, we found no evidence that fstdep.com holds a valid gambling license from either regulator.

The situation becomes even more concerning because different sections of the website identify different companies as the operator.

The website footer states:

"fstdep.com is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., registration number: 144920, registered address: Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with address Parthenonos 5, PARNERA GARDENS 11, Flat 103, Strovolos, 2020 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 377018."

The Licenses and Security page also identifies TechSolutions Group N.V. and references license number OGL/2024/590/0758.

The Terms and Conditions contain different information. They state:

“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation."

Our review found that these statements conflict with one another. The license number OGL/2024/1451/0918 belongs to Medium Rare N.V., not Long Island N.V., and official records show that this license expired on December 9, 2025. 

We also found no evidence that fstdep.com is affiliated with TechSolutions Group N.V., despite repeatedly presenting itself as being owned and operated by that company.

Additional company information also raises concerns. According to the available registration records we reviewed, Long Island N.V. was discontinued on October 2, 2024.

We also confirmed that fstdep.com does not hold a license from the UK Gambling Commission despite displaying references suggesting otherwise.

Fake Games and Suspicious Verification

Our technical review identified several game providers whose products appear to be unauthorized or fake versions.

We found evidence involving games presented as belonging to BGaming, Mirror Image Gaming, Evoplay, Pragmatic Play, 1Win, and Hacksaw Gaming.

The technical findings included manipulated JavaScript files, game source mismatches, and the absence of official provider servers.

The account verification process represents another major concern. Players first submit personal details including their full name, country, and date of birth. 

During the process, the website displays the message:

“We check your details for verification. It will take no more than 5 minutes. You can follow the verification status on this page.”

The final stage then tells players:

“A simplified online verification procedure that requires you to make a deposit of $50 or more. Once the deposit is credited to your balance, verification will be completed.”

We consider this procedure highly suspicious. Licensed gambling operators normally complete Know Your Customer verification by requesting identification documents, proof of address, and payment verification. They do not require players to deposit money simply to finish identity verification.

Our review also notes an important distinction. Some licensed casinos may request a small verification deposit after a player has completed the wagering requirements attached to a no-deposit bonus and wishes to withdraw eligible winnings. 

In those situations, the deposit serves as payment method verification and is returned together with the withdrawal. That differs significantly from requiring a deposit simply to complete account verification.

Non-Existing Affiliate Program and Misleading Content

The website's affiliate program also could not be verified. We found no reliable evidence that a legitimate affiliate platform called the Fstdep Affiliate Program currently exists. 

Publicly promoted claims, including fixed payments for registrations and percentage-based earnings from player bets, could not be confirmed through recognized industry sources or official affiliate systems.

The website's news section contains several articles that also present misleading claims.

One article claims that fstdep.com has been added to the list of approved gambling operators in Brazil. Our review of the official register found that the domain does not appear among authorized operators.

Another article claims that the casino received the Best Crypto Casino 2025 award while displaying SiGMA Awards Europe branding. We confirmed that this claim is false. The Best Crypto Casino 2025 award was awarded to BC.GAME, not fstdep.com.

We also reviewed an article claiming that the casino expanded into Italy. The operator does not appear on the official register of licensed online gambling operators maintained by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli.

Player testimonials displayed on the website create additional concerns. Every review shown carries a five-star rating, while several reviewers claim to have been members since 2017. Those dates cannot be accurate because the fstdep.com domain was registered on April 27, 2026.

We also observed unusually large betting activity presented as recent player wagers. The consistency, frequency, and size of the displayed bets and winnings raise reasonable doubts about whether the information reflects genuine player activity.

Overall Findings From Our Investigation

After reviewing licensing information, company ownership claims, technical evidence, promotional content, account verification procedures, player reviews, and game authenticity, we concluded that fstdep.com follows a pattern that closely resembles scam casino operations previously investigated by our team.

The pattern typically involves attracting players with bonuses, allowing apparent winnings to accumulate, blocking withdrawals, requesting a verification deposit, and ultimately failing to release player funds. Domains using this model often disappear before resurfacing under a different name.

Based on everything we found during our investigation, we classify fstdep.com as an unsafe casino. The combination of misleading licensing information, conflicting ownership claims, fake game evidence, questionable verification requirements, fabricated credibility signals, and false promotional content presents a high level of risk for players.
