LCB Flags Luvironn Casino as High-Risk Scam Site

Our latest investigation found multiple warning signs at Luvironn Casino that raise serious concerns about player safety. 

After reviewing the website, checking its licensing claims, examining technical evidence, and assessing its verification process, we classified the casino as unsafe and assigned it a high-risk rating. Based on everything we found, we recommend that players avoid depositing money on this platform.

The domain was registered on July 10, 2026, and we completed our investigation on July 13, 2026. During our review, we found that the casino presents itself as a licensed gambling operator while displaying information that could not be verified through official regulatory records.

License Claims Raise Serious Questions

Luvironn Casino states that it operates under licenses issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. Our investigation did not confirm either claim.

We found no evidence that Luvironn Casino holds a valid Curaçao Gaming Authority license. We also found no record showing that the casino has been licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.

The website refers to Better World N.V. and displays license number OGL/2024/836/0401 in its footer and on its License & Security page. 

According to the information we reviewed, that license expired on December 24, 2025, and remains under assessment. We found no official regulatory documentation identifying Luvironn Casino as an approved operator under Better World N.V.'s license.

The casino also links its licensing information to https://cert.gcb.tw. During our review, this page was unavailable. The official Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate verification system operates through https://cert.cga.cw, where licensed operators and their approved domains can be verified. 

The difference between Curaçao licensing domains creates additional concerns about the authenticity of the casino's licensing claims.

Based on our findings, the licensing information presented on the website does not match the official records we examined.

Ownership Information Could Not Be Verified

The website states that Luvironn Casino is operated by Better World N.V. and provides company registration details in its footer.

Our review did confirm that Better World N.V. is a registered Curaçao company with registration number 132488. Public company records identify Better World N.V. as a legal entity incorporated on May 2, 2014, with eMoore N.V. serving as its statutory director.

Those records also list company officers and proxy holders associated with eMoore N.V.

Despite the existence of Better World N.V. as a registered company, we found no reliable evidence connecting Luvironn Casino to that business. The domain is newly registered, ownership details remain hidden, and we found no regulatory documentation confirming that Better World N.V. operates the website.

As a result, we could not verify the ownership claims displayed on the casino's pages.

Verification Process Requests a Deposit

Another issue appeared during our review of the player verification procedure.

Players begin by entering personal information such as their name, country of residence, and date of birth.

The website then displays the message:

“Your data is being verified. Please wait...”

The final step displays the following notice:

“Dear user, in order to withdraw funds to a third-party address, you need to activate your account. To activate the account you need to make a minimum deposit of 100$. The deposit can be withdrawn even after account activation. If you have any questions or need help, please contact support chat or create a ticket.”

We consider this process highly suspicious. Licensed online casinos generally complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by requesting identity documents, proof of address, and payment verification. They do not require players to deposit money simply to complete account verification.

We also note that legitimate casinos may request a small verification deposit in limited situations involving payment method validation after no-deposit bonus withdrawals. 

Those deposits serve payment verification purposes and are returned together with eligible winnings. They are not presented as a requirement to activate an account.

Technical Review Finds Unauthorized Games

Our technical examination also identified evidence suggesting that several game providers displayed on the website are not connected through official systems.

We found indications of unauthorized or fake versions of games associated with NetEnt, iSoftBet, Aristocrat, Pragmatic Play, and Greentube.

The evidence collected during our investigation includes manipulated JavaScript files, game source mismatches, and the absence of official provider servers.

These findings raise further concerns about the authenticity of the gaming content available on the platform.

Additional Warning Signs

Our review uncovered several other issues that contributed to the overall risk assessment.

The website displays player reviews that all carry five-star ratings, including comments claiming membership since 2017. This conflicts with the domain registration date of July 10, 2026.

We also examined the betting and winnings feed shown on the website. The consistency and presentation of the displayed results raised doubts about whether they represent genuine player activity. 

Such displays may create an impression of frequent wins and high payouts that cannot be independently verified.

Taken together, these findings match a pattern that we have seen repeatedly across similar casino websites. In these cases, players are often encouraged to claim bonuses or accumulate winnings before being asked to make an additional payment, described as an account verification or activation deposit. 

According to reports associated with this pattern, withdrawals do not proceed after the requested payment, and the websites later disappear before reappearing under different names.

Following our investigation, we classified Luvironn Casino as an unsafe gambling website with a high risk level. 

We found no valid gambling license, identified misleading licensing claims, documented evidence of unauthorized game content, and observed an account verification process that requests a deposit before withdrawals. 

Based on these findings, we strongly advise players to avoid depositing funds on this platform.
