LCB Flags Paradise16 Win Casino as Unsafe Site

On July 2, 2026, we completed our investigation into Paradise2 Casino and found several issues that led us to classify the operator as unsafe. During our review, we examined the casino's licensing claims, ownership details, and game library. 

The casino currently operates through the domain paradise16.win, which redirects visitors to paradise17.win. Both domains were registered on March 31, 2026.

Based on what we found, we assigned the casino a high-risk rating and recommend that players avoid using the platform.

License Claims Raise Serious Questions

One of the first areas we reviewed was the casino's licensing information. Paradise2 Casino states that it operates under an Anjouan gaming license and displays License No. ALSI-132405045-FI3 on its website.

The casino also publishes the following statement:

"This website is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and operates under License No. ALSI-132405045-FI3. paradise2.casino has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering."

Our verification produced a different result.

We found that License No. ALSI-132405045-FI3 is registered to VS Services Ltd. According to our findings, that company is associated with the domains ecuabet.com, doradobet.com, paniplay.com, and camanbet.com. Based on this information, we could not confirm that Paradise2 Casino holds a valid Anjouan license.

Ownership Details Do Not Match Official Records

We also examined the company information published on the casino's website.

Paradise2 Casino states:

"This website is owned and operated by Paradise Group N.V. registration number: 15728 registered address: Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao"

As part of our investigation, we checked the official Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry records. Our search did not identify any company registered under registration number 15728. Because of that, we found another inconsistency between the information presented by the casino and the available official records.

The customer support contact listed on the website is support@paradise2.casino.

Fake Versions Of Major Game Providers Found

Our investigation also focused on the authenticity of the games available on the platform.

We confirmed the presence of fake or unauthorized versions of titles associated with several well-known game developers. These include:

As part of our review, we gathered evidence showing game sources linked to these providers that did not appear to be authentic.

At the same time, we also found that the casino offers legitimate games delivered through the Slotegrator aggregation platform. Those include titles from Hacksaw Gaming, Belatra Games, Peter & Sons, Big Time Gaming (BTG), and Rival Gaming.

The presence of legitimate titles through one aggregation service did not change our overall assessment because we also confirmed fake versions of games from multiple providers.

Final Assessment

After reviewing the available evidence, we concluded that Paradise2 Casino presents a high level of risk for players.

Our investigation found that the casino does not hold a valid gambling license, contains misleading licensing information, displays company ownership details that could not be verified through official records, and offers fake or unauthorized versions of games from several major software providers.
