LCB has classified Spingluck Casino as an unsafe gambling website after completing an investigation conducted on June 2, 2026. Our review found multiple warning signs, including licensing concerns, questionable ownership claims, alleged use of unauthorized games, and a withdrawal process that matches patterns commonly associated with online casino scams.

We also found no official documentation linking Spingluck Casino to Better World N.V. as an authorized operating domain. While the website displays licensing details in its footer and on its security pages, those claims do not correspond with publicly verifiable regulatory records.

Another issue emerged when we reviewed the casino's license verification link. The website directs visitors to cert.gcb.tw.

The official Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate system operates through cert.cga.cw. Because the verification process points users to a different domain, questions arise regarding the authenticity of the licensing claims displayed on the website.

Ownership Information Remains Unverified

The website states:

"© spingluck is a brand name of Better World N.V. Reg No 132488, having its registered address at Groot Kwartierweg 10 Livestrong Building Curaçao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao. Herpestidae Services Limited Reg No. HE 410029, having its registered address at 1, Avlonos, Maria House, Nicosia, 1075 Cyprus, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Better World N.V. which provides management, payment and support services related to the operation of the website. 18+ to play, gamble responsibly."

Our investigation did not uncover reliable evidence confirming that Spingluck Casino is owned or operated by Better World N.V. The domain uses hidden ownership details and independent assessments describe the site as suspicious and lacking transparency regarding its operator.

We reviewed corporate records relating to Better World N.V., which is registered in Curaçao under registration number 132488. The records identify eMoore N.V. as the statutory director. However, the available documentation does not establish a confirmed operational connection between Better World N.V. and Spingluck Casino.

Questions Surround Game Authenticity

Our technical analysis identified what appears to be the use of fake or unauthorized versions of games associated with several major software providers.

We also observed testimonials displayed on the website that claim player activity dating back to 2017. Those statements conflict with the domain registration date, which shows the website was registered years later.

In addition, the platform displays betting and winnings activity that appears unusually consistent in scale and frequency. The presentation raises questions about whether the figures reflect actual player activity.

When viewed together with the licensing issues, ownership concerns, game authenticity findings, and withdrawal requirements, these elements closely resemble patterns previously observed in casino scam operations.

Our investigation found a recurring model in which players are attracted through promotional offers, accumulate apparent winnings, attempt withdrawals, and then encounter demands for additional deposits before any funds are released. 

According to reports associated with similar operations, withdrawals often remain unpaid while the websites later disappear and re-emerge under different names.

Based on all evidence gathered during our review, we consider Spingluck Casino a high-risk operation. We strongly advise players to avoid depositing funds on the platform.
