Back LCB investigation Finds Fake Games at EZZ.Casino

LCB carried out an investigation into EZZ.Casino on 11 May 2026 to assess its operational safety, licensing claims, and game integrity. The review covered licensing records, platform behaviour, provider authenticity, and contractual terms made available to users.

Licensing Review and Status

EZZ.Casino claims to operate under a Curaçao Master Gaming License, specifically stating License No. 5536/JAZ.

During our review, we found that this claimdoes not align with current regulatory standards in Curaçao. The former master licensing framework has been phased out under regulatory updates, and licenses of this type are no longer actively maintained in the way the casino suggests.

We also noted that the casino presents a CGA certificate hosted directly on its own website rather than through an official regulator verification system.

This setup raises concerns because independent license validation is normally expected to be available through official regulatory channels rather than being fully controlled by the operator’s own domain structure.

➡️ Based on our findings, EZZ.Casino does not hold a valid, verifiable Curaçao gaming license under the current regulatory environment.

Game Provider Authenticity Checks

Our technical review also focused on the integrity of the casino’s listed game providers. EZZ.Casino claims integration with several well-known providers, but our findings indicate irregularities in how these games are delivered.

We detected signs of unauthorized or altered game versions linked to the following providers:

❌ Play'n GO

❌ Red Tiger Gaming

❌ BGaming

❌ NetEnt

❌ Novomatic

Technical indicators included modified JavaScript structures, the absence of direct communication with official provider servers, and mismatched game source references. These findings suggest the games are not being delivered through verified provider channels.

Such inconsistencies create uncertainty around game fairness and raise questions about whether the content reflects the original certified versions offered by these studios.

Contract Terms and Risk Indicators

We also reviewed the platform’s terms and conditions and identified several clauses that may place users at a disadvantage due to broad or unclear wording. These include provisions related to account control, jurisdiction, bonus handling, and liability limits.

The terms and conditions also give the operator wide control over how the platform is run and how user activity is handled.

The company states that it may change or update its rules at any time, and those changes take effect once they are published on the website. It also makes clear that continuing to use the service after updates are posted means users are treated as having accepted the revised terms.

The policy further outlines strict restrictions on users from certain territories, noting that access from those regions is not allowed. It adds that breaches of this rule can lead to account closure, loss of remaining balances or winnings, and in some cases, notification of authorities.

The operator also explains that it uses internal monitoring systems to flag activity it considers suspicious, although the criteria for such assessments are not clearly defined. Similar discretion appears in its approach to bonuses, where behavior it classifies as abusive bonus use may result in restrictions or penalties.

In addition, the casino reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of a user’s activity, including after gameplay or withdrawal requests. It also states that services are provided without guarantees, meaning it does not accept responsibility for service performance or potential technical issues.

Financial liability is limited as well, with the operator stating that its responsibility in any dispute is capped at the amount available in the user’s account at the time. Finally, any disputes are said to fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of a specified legal venue, which may require users to resolve issues in that location rather than locally.

These clauses show broad operator discretion in several areas, including account actions, bonus interpretation, and dispute handling. While such terms can appear on many platforms, the combination and scope here may lead to limited clarity for users in practice.

Final Assessment

Based on licensing concerns, evidence of irregular game delivery, and restrictive contractual terms, EZZ.Casino presents a high level of risk for users. The lack of verifiable regulatory oversight, combined with technical and policy inconsistencies, increases uncertainty around fairness and fund security.

We advise users to exercise caution and avoid depositing funds on this platform, as recovery options may be limited in case of disputes or account restrictions.
