According to the Terms, BTC withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. According to the live chat agent our tester got in touch with, the delay may be caused by forgetting to confirm the payout via e-mail.

Worth adding is that the tester didn’t have to go through any KYC procedure on this occasion. With regards to KYC, the Terms state:

“8.1.2. In the case of an account that needs to submit documents for verification, approval of documentation is a one-time procedure and takes up to 4 (four) business days. Should any document be missing, the player will be emailed with the list of necessary documents to be provided to the Casino Finance department for the necessary verification process.
