Back LCB Warns Players About Neon-play.top Scam Activity

LCB has issued a warning about neon-play.top for behavior consistent with known fraudulent online gambling operations. The domain, created on November 20, 2025, has been classified as unsafe, with LCB advising players to avoid depositing funds on the platform.

Early findings showed that terms and conditions are only visible after signing in and agreeing to them, and the site's setup mirrors other domains previously linked to similar schemes. Our team also spotted that the casino hosts imitation versions of well-known game providers, all delivered from its own servers.

Fraud Indicators Leading to LCB’s Alert

We noticed a pattern often seen among other scam casinos. Players frequently experience initial “winnings,” which the site uses to create the illusion of successful gameplay

When withdrawal requests are submitted, users are told they must provide a substantial additional deposit (“verification deposit”, as they call it) before any payout can be released. Judging by the previous examples, once such sites are exposed or when they cycle through enough victims, their operators typically abandon the domain and reappear under a fresh address with an identical setup.

In this case, the layout, user flow, and bonus tactics of neon-play.top matched previously documented fraudulent platforms. The promotion of large, no-deposit bonuses plays a central role in drawing in new players.

After being encouraged by fabricated high balances, users are confronted with unexpected deposit demands tied to withdrawal approval. Because all games on neon-play.top run on internally controlled systems rather than legitimate provider networks, the outcomes cannot be considered fair or authentic.

According to the findings, the casino is not recognized by the UKGC, nor is it listed on official Curaçao Gaming Authority records

Although the site claims ties to regulators, including Curaçao Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, checks revealed that neon-play.top does not hold any license, and the regulatory information displayed on the website is misleading.

Our review team additionally noticed that the site features look-alike versions of popular game providers’ titles instead of the genuine releases. These replicas seem to be run directly from the casino’s internal servers, which may call the integrity and reliability of the gameplay into question. LCB spotted fabricated versions of games attributed to Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, and 1win.

Tactics Used by These “Casinos”

Scam gambling websites often lean on a predictable sequence of steps designed to exploit new users. They begin by offering a no-deposit bonus that appears risk-free. This is paired with results that suggest players are winning substantial amounts.

When users attempt to collect their balance, the operators require what they describe as a “verification deposit.” Those who pay this fee soon discover that neither the initial balance nor the additional funds will ever be returned. The games themselves are fabricated replicas, providing no connection to real providers or regulated gaming systems.

Such operations continue until the site gains too much negative attention. Once that happens, the individuals behind the scheme typically shut down the domain. Soon after, an almost identical website reappears under a different name, repeating the same pattern.

How LCB Casino Check Assists Players

To help players identify these situations early, LCB introduced LCB Casino Check, a verification system aimed at offering reliable assessments of online casinos.

The database includes long-standing operators as well as newer or questionable ones, and entries are continuously updated. LCB’s team evaluates whether casinos use authentic software from reputable developers and documents the licensing details, banking processes, withdrawal practices, and bonus terms. Player feedback is included to give a clearer view of overall performance and fairness.

Users who believe a gambling site may be hosting fake games, impersonating an existing brand, or behaving deceptively can submit a verification request. LCB then investigates the domain, examines its games, and reviews operational details to determine whether it is legitimate.

So, if you have doubts about any casino, don’t hesitate to submit a request. We will examine it as promptly as possible, so that you can enjoy exploring the best bonuses and games without any worries. Gamble responsibly!
