The casino also uses a license verification link that creates additional concerns. The badge on the website redirects users to cert.gcb.tw. The official Curaçao Gaming Authority verification system uses cert.cga.cw for license certificate checks. Because the displayed link does not match the official verification system, LCB considers this a misleading licensing practice.

The website footer states:

“© Noxewin is a brand name of Better World N.V. Reg No 132488, having its registered address at Groot Kwartierweg 10 Livestrong Building Curaçao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao. LCB found that Better World N.V. is a registered Curaçao company, with registration number 132488. The company details provided in the investigation show that Better World N.V. was incorporated on 2 May 2014 and lists eMoore N.V. as its statutory director. However, there is no verified evidence linking Noxewin Casino to Better World N.V. or confirming that the company operates this website.

Fake Game Sources and Verification Issues Identified

During technical checks, LCB found that Noxewin Casino appears to use unauthorized copies of games connected to several major providers. The investigation identified suspicious versions of titles associated with Pragmatic Play, Greentube, Aristocrat, CQ9, NetEnt, and Playtech.

The final stage asks users to make a $100 deposit to activate their account before withdrawals can be processed. The website states:

“To withdraw funds to a third-party address, you need to activate your account. To activate your account, make a minimum deposit of 100$. Your deposit can still be withdrawn after activation. If you have any questions or need help, please contact support chat or create a ticket.”

LCB considers this process a serious warning sign. Licensed casinos generally complete identity checks through accepted KYC procedures, which can include identity documents, address confirmation, and payment verification. A requirement to deposit money before completing account verification is a pattern often seen in scam operations.

Website Activity Matches Known Warning Patterns

LCB also reviewed other elements of the Noxewin Casino website and found additional concerns. The displayed betting activity shows unusually high-value bets and winnings, creating doubts about whether the figures represent genuine player activity.

The reviews section presents only five-star feedback, including comments from users claiming membership since 2017. This conflicts with the domain registration date of 10 July 2026 and raises concerns about the authenticity of the testimonials.

Our team has seen similar patterns in previous casino warning investigations. These operations often attract players through bonuses or claims of large winnings, then create withdrawal problems by requesting additional payments before releasing funds.
