LeoVegas Enhances Safer Gambling Efforts in UK With LeoLine Live Chat

In collaboration with Gambling Therapy, popular online casino operator, LeoVegas, is ready to roll-out their latest product: a live chat service that will be made available across their UK brands called, LeoLine!

This live chat will enhance responsible gambling measures and protocols by offering immediate live help to players looking for professionals to manage their gambling. There will be a three-month trial period meant to gauge the effectiveness of this service, while impacts themselves will be shared later this year.

Education and Awareness Hand in Hand

Rocket X, based in Newcastle, is the creator behind the entire concept...

...and they've been providing managed services for LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group in the UK. This concept was conceived during 2018 responsible gambling week.

As for LeoVegas' ties with Gambling Therapy, this partnership was agreed in order to help support early identification and interaction with customers through education and awareness.

Their manager at Gordon Moody, Rob Mabbett, has previously spoken to LeoVegas staff on rehabilitation and education and said that this is an exciting project for Gambling Therapy which has, for years, helped everyone affected by problem gambling through multilingual service via links on gambling operator sites.
