Back Meridianbet Introduces Flash Bet For Rapid Sports Simulations

Meridianbet, a sports betting operator owned by Golden Matrix Group Inc., has introduced a new in-house betting feature designed to deliver near-instant outcomes based on real sporting events. The product, called Flash Bet, allows users to engage with simulations of scheduled matches and receive results within seconds, marking a further step in the company’s technology-led expansion.

The Flash Bet feature enables players to place wagers on simulated versions of actual upcoming sporting events rather than waiting for the contests to take place in real time. By accelerating the resolution process, the product aims to offer continuous engagement during periods when live matches are unavailable or limited.

Simulating Real Events At Accelerated Speed

Flash Bet differs from many existing virtual sports products by anchoring its simulations to genuine fixtures on the sports calendar. Traditional virtual sports often rely on invented teams or matchups, while Flash Bet bases its simulations on real-world events that are scheduled to occur later.

Players can adjust how quickly the simulations run and follow animated outcomes as they unfold in real time. This approach blends familiar elements of pre-match betting with the rapid settlement usually associated with virtual sports, offering an alternative way to interact with established betting markets.

Meridianbet developed the feature internally, with its technology team building the underlying algorithms that drive the simulations. The company has positioned Flash Bet as part of a broader effort to strengthen its proprietary product portfolio alongside content sourced from external suppliers.

Gradual Rollout Across International Markets

The operator has begun introducing Flash Bet through a phased rollout covering its 18 active markets. By deploying the product in stages, Meridianbet plans to monitor how players interact with the feature and to refine the experience based on observed behaviour before making it more widely available.

This measured deployment strategy is intended to support data-driven adjustments to the interface and functionality. The company has indicated that insights gathered during the initial rollout will inform further optimisation as the feature reaches additional markets.

Meridianbet operates as a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, which completed its acquisition of the Meridianbet Group earlier this year after an extended transaction process. Since the acquisition, the group has continued to expand its operational footprint and product range.

Virtual Sports Growth And Broader Expansion Plans

The launch of Flash Bet comes amid continued growth in the virtual and simulated sports betting segment. Industry figures cited by the company estimate the global virtual sports betting market at $12.68 billion in 2024, with projections reaching $44.52 billion by 2032. Operators have increasingly used these products to maintain customer activity during off-peak hours and between major sporting events.

Beyond Flash Bet, Meridianbet has pursued additional initiatives to broaden its offering. The company recently entered the Nigerian market after obtaining regulatory approval to provide business-to-business services through its local licensed entity, Masterlive Network Limited.

It has also expanded its content portfolio through partnerships, including an agreement announced in October 2025 with 7777 Gaming. That deal brought slot titles, instant win games and casino content to Meridianbet’s platform, supporting both companies’ international growth objectives.
