Microgaming Launches Football-Themed Games

Microgaming has expanded its gaming portfolio with the release of two football-inspired titles, SoccerX and StrikerX, as the company looks to help operators attract new customers during a busy period for the sport. Announced on July 14, the games focus on short play sessions, mobile compatibility and simple mechanics that allow players to start immediately.

SoccerX is an Instant Win game that recreates the tension of a penalty shootout. Players choose where to place their shot before attempting to beat the goalkeeper and move higher up a prize ladder.
