In November 2025, our “From the Players for the Players” team tasked a tester to examine MondCasino by making a €200 deposit via Skrill and then attempting to withdraw €50. As part of the usual process, players are required to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
However, the tester encountered a small hiccup when Skrill was unavailable as a withdrawal option, requiring the use of an alternative method.

MondCasino Withdrawal
After exploring versatile slot games during a three-day gaming session, the tester initiated a withdrawal. Interestingly, when accessing the cashier, he didn’t spot Skrill, so he needed to look for an alternative.
To ensure the selected option is the right one, he reached out to the customer support department, explaining that he used Skrill to replenish the account, and inquiring which methods would be suitable for cashout. The agent advised him to use crypto or a bank transfer, but he asked if it would be okay to use MiFinity instead.
The agent approved, so he made a EUR 50 withdrawal request via MiFinity. He also asked whether the transaction would be processed, as he didn’t use it for a deposit, and the agent responded that there should be no problems.
Shortly after, an email arrived confirming that the request was taken for processing.
The request was approved in no time as well.
The money arrived on the same day, with no fees charged.
Available withdrawal methods include VISA, MasterCard, bank transfers, MiFinity, and various cryptocurrencies, among which are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin, and others.
Cashout limits are EUR 30 for all the listed methods, while the processing times range from 24-48 hours. The monthly maximum to withdraw is EUR 10,000 or an equivalent sum in other supported currencies, except when a player wins a progressive jackpot.
According to the Terms, the operator reserves the right to apply 5x wagering on deposits, which is notably higher than the industry’s average.
“11.1 Money deposited must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made, i.e. the player account should not be used to only deposit and withdraw money. We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy before making withdrawal. Conclusion
Despite this minor deviation from the standard procedure, the overall process was smooth, ensuring a positive experience for the tester. The tester deposited €200 via Skrill and, although this method wasn’t available for withdrawal, he was able to successfully use MiFinity to cash out €50, as confirmed by MondCasino’s customer support. The withdrawal was processed swiftly on the same day and without any fees, which is a positive outcome.
