On June 9, 2025, the tester accessed Neon54 Casino’s site aiming to join. During the first stage of the registration, players are offered the option to choose one of the characters, that is, the corresponding welcome offer that meets their demands.
The second stage required him to enter his e-mail address, username, password, and phone number, plus to agree with the Terms, and Privacy Policy and confirm that he’s 18 years old. During the third stage, he provided a couple of more details about himself, but all in all, the entire process was finished in 2 minutes.
An e-mail from the casino arrived as well, confirming that he officially joined Neon54 Casino.
Accounts become inactive after 180 days, after which a fee is applied.
“6.18 If an Account Holder does not log into his Account for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days, the Account will be considered as ‘Inactive Account’. Neon54 Casino Withdrawal & Customer Support
On the very same day, June 9, 2025, the tester wanted to withdraw EUR 1.080. However, when typing in the desired sum of money in the cashier, he was notified that the maximum he was able to cash out was EUR 500.
At that point, the tester realized that he would have to make three cashout requests to withdraw his entire balance. The first withdrawal request of EUR 500 via Skrill was placed on June 9, 2025.
A day later, on June 10, 2025, the tester made the second request to withdraw EUR 500 via Skrill.
Two days after that, on June 12, 2025, the tester made a third request to withdraw the remaining EUR 80 via Skrill as well.
As a couple of days went by since the first withdrawal request was made without being processed and credited, the tester decided to contact the live chat support department.
The agent responded immediately, informing the tester that requests are processed in 3 business days starting the next day from when withdrawal request was made. She kindly asked the tester to wait until the end of the day.
As promised, the first withdrawal request was processed and received on that very day, June 12, 2025.
The next day, on June 13, 2025, the second cashout request was processed and credited.
The third cashout request amounting to EUR 80 arrived on June 15, 2025.
To withdraw, players can use a variety of payment methods, among which are Skrill, Jeton, MiFinity, cryptocurrencies, and others. The minimum withdrawal amount starts at EUR 10, but it may vary depending on the method selected.
While the imposed withdrawal limit may seem like an unpleasant surprise for a moment, it actually isn’t, as it is transparently presented in Terms.
As further clarified, the limits are determined based on the customer’s activity during the previous 90 days. Keep in mind that the operator reserves the right to make an individual payment schedule.
Corresponding to what the support agent noted regarding the processing timeframe is the 6.15 clause from Terms which says:

Financial department agents process requests for withdrawing monetary funds from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday. You consent that you are familiar with and agree with the timetable of withdrawing funds. After the financial department has worked through the request to transfer funds, any further delays in processing payments are not the Company’s responsibility.”
A player can have up to three pending withdrawals at the account at any time.
Before a withdrawal can be made, a player needs to wager the deposit at least once.
“6.9 You agree that the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal in the event of you being suspected of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.”
No ID verification was required on this occasion, but it may be, in certain situations, according to the Terms.
“5.2 We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, use any additional procedures and means we may deem fit to verify your identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC), both before and after effecting deposits into your account and/or making a withdrawal.”
Documents are usually verified within 10 days, but sometimes delays may occur due to additional verification requirements. Speaking of, such additional requirements may include properly certified ID, verification via calls/phone, face verification, or anything similar.
