Following another examination of a casino suspected as scam, we have confirmed that Nusewin.cc Casino is unsafe and carries a high risk for players. The site operates without a valid gambling license and presents multiple inconsistencies regarding ownership and licensing. 

Our investigation shows that this platform uses fake versions of popular casino games and provides misleading information about its regulatory status. Players should avoid engaging with this casino.

Licensing Misrepresentation and Ownership Issues

Nusewin.cc claims to be licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. However, official records show that the casino holds no valid license from either regulator. The website lists two operators and license numbers that are inconsistent with official information.

In the footer, the site states:

"Nusewin.cc is owned and operated by InterStorm N.V., registration number: 137453, registered address: 17 Santa Rosaweg, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is Medium Rare Limited with address 7-9 Riga Feraiou, LIZANTIA COURT, Office 310, Agioi Omologites, 1087 Nicosia, Cyprus and Registration number: HE 347341."

The Licenses and Security page claims:

• Curaçao Gaming Authority license number: OGL/2024/106/0170
• Claimed operator: InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V.

According to official records, this license was revoked on December 8, 2025.

The Terms and Conditions page contradicts this by stating:

“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation."

Official records show that license OGL/2024/1451/0918 belongs to Medium Rare N.V. and expired on December 9, 2025.

Furthermore, InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. was dissolved on November 10, 2025, and Long Island N.V. had its registration discontinued on October 2, 2024. This makes both companies incapable of legally operating the casino.

No Evidence of Affiliate Program 

The casino advertises a Nusewin Affiliate Program, promising earnings such as $10 per registered player and 0.001% of all bets. Our review found no evidence that this program is legitimate. 

No official platform or industry references confirm its existence, and the domain and associated email addresses do not connect to any licensed operator. Any involvement in this program would carry significant risk.

Nusewin.cc follows a common scam pattern: players are offered no-deposit bonuses and shown large winnings, but withdrawals are blocked with requests for “verification deposits.”Funds are never released, and the site often reappears under a new domain after shutdown. The overall design and content match known scam frameworks identified in our previous reports.

Nusewin.cc Casino operates without valid licensing, misrepresents its operators, and features fake game content. Depositing money on this platform carries a very high financial risk.
