Back Penn National and White Hat Gaming to Strike Long-Term Player Account Management (PAM) Partnership

One of the leading regulated platform providers White Hat Gaming Ltd will integrate Penn National Gaming, North America’s largest regional gaming operator onto its platform. Two brands entered a long-term Player Account Management (PAM) agreement.

Following a comprehensive and highly competitive selection procedure, Penn will integrate with the White Hat’s platform before commencing a real-money launch across multiple states. Penn currently operates more than 41 gaming establishments across 19 U.S. states.

Offering Intuitive Product Experience

Regulated sports wagering is currently either active or pending in numerous states where Penn National operates gaming properties. This potentially gives the supplier unrivalled access to regulated sports betting territories across the country. The first roll-outs are expected to take place in the third quarter of 2020.

Jeff Kaplan, VP of Strategy and Finance for Penn Interactive Ventures (PIV) commented as follows:

“We’re proud to be partnering with a leading platform provider like White Hat Gaming. The team at White Hat shares our vision for providing the best in class, intuitive product experience for our customers.”

The beginning of November brought Penn the cooperation with Evolution

…and the opportunity to strengthen the live market in Pennsylvania. Under the terms of prolific collaboration, Penn will gain access to the Evolution Live Casino production hub to stream live table games. Residents of PA, who are physically present in the state will be able to launch these offerings.

Sharing the Same Passion

As a part of the PAM agreement, White Hat’s best-in-class, the full-service platform will be at Penn’s disposal.

Being both modular and highly-scalable…

… as well as being provenly successful in enhancing the client experience in regulated territories, the platform has the capacity to drive commercialization efficiently but also responsibly. In addition to this, it is in accordance with the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Phil Gelvan, White Hat Chief Executive Officer, commented as follows:

“It is an honor to be working with an organization of the size and reputation of Penn National Gaming. In Penn National, we have found an ideal partner who shares our passion for the consumer gaming experience and is committed to the highest standard of regulation. We look forward to partnering with them to build one of the leading businesses in American sports betting and online casino.”

November was equally successful for White Hat as well…

…as the company joined forces with Hacksaw Gaming. The deal will greenlight young and inventive producer to integrate its complete portfolio with White Hat. The Malta-headquartered content producer is mainly popular for its scratch-cards.
