The approval places the company within one of North America’s most tightly regulated iGaming markets, overseen by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
The licence enables Platipus Gaming to integrate content directly into operator platforms without additional regulatory approval for each deployment, as long as AGCO standards are met. The company said this supports smoother integration while maintaining compliance with Ontario’s framework.
