Britain's land-based slot repertoire will be gaining another title to their name and UK players are promised superior gameplay and a series of incredible features. At least that's what the official statement issued by Playtech reads, and we have no reason not to believe them. Based in Isle of Man, Playtech has been at the forefront of software innovation for years now, and in 2016, they acquired Quickspin, a once independent video slot game producer from Stockholm, Sweden.
It's precisely Quickspin that came up with a novelty five reel, ten paylines slot game. Titled Second Strike, it will make its way to all of the Ladbrokes Coral Group retail, land-based terminals in the UK. At the moment, that's 7700 of them in total!
The game was developed and tested to meet all the requirements of the UK Gambling Commission in collaboration with Psiclone Games Limited. According to developers, it is packed with multiple special features, various types of bonuses (Bonus Track, Second Strike, Wild Strike and Super Second Strike) as well as Mega Spins (unsure what that is exactly, but we like the sound of that!). Daniel Lindberg, Quickspin's CEO, commented: "Designing a game specifically for United Kingdom retail players but equally making it available across all other channels is a first for us but equally it has been a wonderful project and a challenge our team have risen to." He went on to explain that Second Strike will make its debut across Ladbrokes Coral Group terminals in the following weeks.

It's an okay addition. I played it many times but heck.....teasers galore! You hit symbols and it tries to land the 4th and 5th for additional perks should it land on the same symbol on that fruit board! The potential is there however it's not enough for today's definition of a big win! If there was an option to buy this...

this is one of the worst games by quickspin. got 10 free spins at casino heroes tonight and won a big fat zero cents. the winnings arent big at all compared to their other 10c min bet game gold lab which is an awesome slot game

I sometimes play QuickSpin in Vera and John casino. But, the line wins are overall too small !!! You can't get any big wins, as I suppose. It is a good news that Playtech acquired QuickSpin, but, I hope that Playtech slots will hold the nice line wins, hahaha. And I just played the Second Strike and it is very hard to get...
